Hi Chuck, Thanks for the video. Two items you might want to check. 1. The ignitor spacing tool is supposed to be used with the nozzle installed. You made your adjustment without a nozzle installed. Probably not a lot of difference, but according to the manual it should be with the nozzle installed. Second item is to be sure to install the burner chamber with the seam at the 12:00 position. You may have done that in the video, but I couldn't tell. The manual says that damage can occur if it isn't installed that way.
    Safe travels!

Great video. Helped me service my unit myself. I would add 2 small tips. 1. The upper J bolt wants to get in your way when re-installing the motor. I tied it up with some thin wire by just hooking it onto the hose above it. The pulled it off when motor was in place. It saved me a few choice words. 2. I filled the new fuel filter with diesel fuel before installing it, thus helping to eliminate any air gaps in the lines. The whole process only took about an hour.

TH-cam is awesome! That is why I keep posting maintenance stuff etc on my channel. I am not real good at preventative stuff. *LOL* I'll just flat out admit it. :)
