Thanks for making the video. It helps greatly to watch someone else performing the job. A couple of small suggestions. You indicated it was extremely important to correctly reassemble the combustion chamber and new gasket but didn't show it being done. I think you should have. You also didn't mention removing the hose clamps after reconnecting the fuel lines. Again, nice job and thanks.

I am writing to say THANK YOU for your video entitle Aqua Hot Annual Maintenance. I am so grateful to you for taking the time to create this fantastic video.
I have a 2022 Tuscany diesel pusher with an Aqua Hot 400D that I purchased last year. I recently started having problems with my Aqua Hot where I was getting a burner ignition fault. I called the company and they said it could very likely be the fuel nozzle.
I live in the suburbs of Los Angeles (Tujunga) and my closest RV dealer is 65 miles away and the service wait list is two months out. I tried looking for a mobile RV repair, but I could not find anyone that was familiar with the Aquahot system. Cost was not an issue for me, but there are just none around me. At first I was terrified to attempt this repair myself even though I am very mechanically inclined. Then came across your video and after watching it, I decided to make the repair myself. I ordered the parts for your store which I received in less than one week and I tackled the repair.
The detail you provided in your video was outstanding. I especially liked the way you went step by step from listing the required tools, parts and then went step by step. I was successfully able to change the fuel nozzle, clean the photo disk (which was very dirty) and clean out the combustion chamber and re-align the igniter. My Aquahot 400d now works great and fires up instantly.
Mr. Carrillo, I cannot thank you enough for taking your time to put such a fantastic video together. Your service to us RV owners is invaluable.

Any chance you have any videos best practices for draining water to replace the brass check valves. I’ve got one that needs replacing.
