Every time I sleep on one of these things at one of the hotel suites either Hilton suites or tonight I’m at best Western sweet and I look and it’s a beauty rest mattress and they have different ones of course this one has a real thick top on it and then it’s got another top that they put on top it’s not hard it’s not cool it’s not fun it’s some kind of lovely fabric and it’s just wonderful I lay on my hip it doesn’t hurt I can roll around my back doesn’t hurt I don’t feel any of those toils I don’t feel anything but I lovely platform to sleep on I want one of these things bad how much do they cost for God’s sake is this is wonderful I never would’ve found them except I’ve been upgraded a couple of times studio that being the last room and I’m telling you I love this mattress

My concern lies within Beautyrest both K and C class, people either love or hate. About half reviews have indentation and Beautyrest denying claims, or giving replacement substandard products not the one people bought. So, what's the truth here?
Do not buy the C-Class pillow top. Just had an inspector come out and verify the deep dents where your hips rest on the mattress. The pillow top also shifted after only a few months.
I thought they had a 120 free trial period but now I am seeing that there is a $99 return charge and a 10% restocking fee if the mattress is not right for you. Well this is at Mattress Firm and my past dealings with them have been less than stellar.
While we can't speak for other stores and their return policies, we do want to ensure that customers are finding the right mattress for their needs. That's part of why we use bedMATCH and have knowledgable sales people at our sleep centers. We are sorry you had a bad experience with Beautyrest. Unfortunately mattresses are not right for everyone. Would you care to elaborate on which Beautyrest mattress you purchased and what did and did not work for your sleep needs? I recieved my black mattress on wednesday and i have aired it out 2 days so far and I feel the smell is giving me an allergic reaction. How long will it take until the chemical fade away? \
Hey there! Most mattresses should air out that chemical smell in a couple of days. That smell comes from VOC or volatile organic compounds. I would make sure that you're not allergic to your new mattress's materials! Hope this helps!
I think someone is selling counterfeit mattresses. I’m not going to mention the name of the company but it’s definitely counterfeit because beauty rest mattresses are very good and I bought two within one month and both are horrible and the lines on the mattress is different from the others in other stores
It would be more helpful for people if you actually put the name of the LLC which is Serta Simmons. As an aside, if you ever mention a moment in a video, put the timestamp down as well. It's nice to be help others.

Worst mattress I have ever had. They don't stand behind their product.
So as of Jan 2023. The llc that owns this brand, Beautyrest, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy.
It would be more helpful for people if you actually put the name of the LLC which is Serta Simmons.
