I have the 12.25 PressureSmart mattress. I do NOT recommend it. I have slept on it for just under 2 years. Within a few months it had definite softer areas and firm areas. It doesn’t have any sag when empty that would allow it to be replaced under warranty. One side does bulge out over 1.5 inches. I’ll be surprised if this comment is left in place since it isn’t 100% positive, but let me leave it at I definitely don’t recommend it for anyone. I have kept this as positive as possible.
Thats the big S brand mattresses for you. They hide relevant information like foam density so we have no real way to know the quality of the materials they are putting in their mattress. They would much rather customers only make decisions based on marketing, nothing substantive where you can actually compare quality. If you want a mattress that is durable and wont sag in just a few years, look into latex and latex hybrids.
@larrybell1305 We're strongly considering this msttress. May I ask, how much do you weigh? This isn't often discussed but sleeper weight matters especially after day 30 of use.
The PressureSmart models are exclusive to Mattress Firm. They do kind of sit right in the middle -- not as high-end as the Beautyrest Black series, but definitely more full-featured than the entry level models. The PressureSmart mattresses have a lot in common with the Harmony and Harmony Lux collection.
Very helpful! Thank you! I am seriously considering the Beautyrest PressureSmart 14.75" Plush Pillow Top Mattress. I am not a fan of memory foam beds but I like the fact this one is quilted and has a bit of memory foam. Some reviews mention it is not compatible with an adjustable base - that it creates a permanent lump in the mattress. Any idea if this is a common problem with this mattress?
Hi Susan -- Thanks so much for letting us know this was helpful for you! As far as your question, a few things here. First, it is definitely "compatible" with an adjustable base -- this is a designation made by the manufacturer based on whether the mattress is designed for use on an adjustable base and whether the warranty supports its use in this way. And in terms of any permanent damage that results from this, while bending and flexing any mattress on an adjustable base can certainly create a little additional wear, I'm not aware of there being a higher than average level of complaints on this point for this mattress. That said, it's certainly true that not all compatible mattresses are equally compatible, and we have seen that one downside of having memory foam inside the quilt is that it tends to get a little lumpy in the "valley" (ie, under your rear end) when your base is in a fully elevated position. So that would certainly be a negative factor with regards to the adjustable base compatibility of this mattress. I hope that's helpful.
I have a pillow top Lux with this model. things I have in common is: I am not a fan of memory foam beds either. This one works for me and my lower back. I love that it supports me in my unique way. Everyone is unique but it helps me so much since I’m not a back sleeper but a side sleeper or a “falling” sleeper. I can actually go to sleep on my side without having to sink in and use a pillow to hug. It supports me and my body the way it is made. That foam piece in this has its perfect little touch to it. For me it’s unique and I love my bed.
Unfortunately, we haven't evaluated that one in person as of yet. Although if you're concerned about long-term performance and durability, we'd probably recommend looking at the Luxury Firm and not the Plush. As a general category, Plush Pillowtops tend to have higher rates of failure across the entire industry. Hope that helps!

So yes, the non-pillow-tops in this collection are indeed tight tops. But none of them are "smooth tops," which is the most common term used to refer to an unquilted mattress. I hope that's helpful.
I’m considering purchasing a Beautyrest PressureSmart Lux 2.0 plush pillowtop mattress. I am a side sleeper & I like a soft mattress. What is the softness to firmness rating number for this mattress on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the softest & 10 being the firmest?
So we have not finished a full evaluation of the new 2.0 models, but I have briefly experienced the 2.0 Plush Pillowtop. If your rating scale is from a 1-10 with a 1 being the softest, I'd say the Plush Pillowtop is about a 3 or a 4? If I recall correctly, it was just slightly too soft for my mid-section. That said, this opinion may change when we get more time with that particular model! Hope that helps.

Most mattresses will form an impression of where you sleep. Unless it is an all memory foam mattress, specifically Temperpedic but that can lead to back pain and hot sleeping.
Got one, it sucks , not even 6 months in and it looks and feels awful really bad sagging and is not crisp and square looking and sheets pull off corners thing is mush , to much money never again!!!!
I was suffering from excruciating low back pain before I bought the LUX . Within a week or two this mattress took all the aches and pains completely away. Sadly it only lasted three & a half years. Now im back looking 4 another mattress i was hoping I'd give me a good 5 or 7 years.
just bought this thing a couple weeks ago. sadly this mattress developed mattress sag even though it is claimed "extra firm" and a ton of coils in it. i dont think there is a such mattress that is sag proof.

The closest thing I've found to a sag-proof mattress is my Innomax air mattress. However, my need for a high firmness level usually causes the air chamber to spring leaks affer about four months. Replacement cost is about $200.

I got 3 of 13.75” pressuresmart mattresses from mattress firm. They are very comfortable and my kids love them. Do NOT pay full price. I jokingly asked if they could do something on price, and they knocked off $750/mattress. The margin on these things must be insane.
I love the comfort of the PressureSmart. I purchased a King Plush and Queen Plush in 2019 and both sunk drastically within a year. I replaced both under warranty for another PressureSmart King Firm and Queen Plush because I was told that during COVID supply chain affected materials. The two new mattress again within a year are sinking and I was approved for another warranty replacement. I'm only 155 pounds and the bed has a large indentation where I sleep and the spare bedroom Queen that only slept on occasionally on weekends by my daughter around same weight is skinking as well. The company says to rotate to even out which is not so easy with a King but why is this not bouncing back and instead sinking in a short timeframe? I am replacing and don't know what to do because I love the bed.
Hi there -- Thanks for your question. I can't say with 100% certainty, but my guess would be that the PressureSmart models would use the T1 coils and the PressureSmart Lux models would use the T2. As we noted in this video, there are many shared characteristics between the PressureSmart and Harmony lineups, so it seems quite likely that their support systems would be analogous. Wow, that advice is highly suspect to say the least. Admittedly, this video relates to the PressureSmart 1.0 models, which were recently replaced with the 2.0 models that we have not tested. But in testing many, many hundreds of mattresses, I can tell you that there are *very* few for which such a broad dismissal would be appropriate or accurate. And this most certainly would not have been true of the v1.0 that we tested. Most likely, this information comes from a website that is part of what I call the "mattress review mafia." These sites are actually just retailers disguised as "review" sites. They make money when you buy one of the online brands they are trying to sell you, and they don't make money if you buy a brand sold in a store, like this one. Sometimes they cover the store brands in order to lure people who are Googling for information about that product, and then present you with a fake "review" (which of course sounds very credible) telling you why you shouldn't buy that product. Their hope is that once you're on their website, you will see the other bogus information they provide -- like lists of the "best mattresses" -- and be duped into buying one of the online brands that pays them the most money instead. To be clear, I'm not in any way trying to convince you to buy this mattress, nor am I even making a positive statement about this mattress. And we will not make any money from Mattress Firm or Beautyrest if you do choose to buy it. I'm just giving you the important truth about the other sources of mattress reviews out there. Their whole purpose is to trick you into buying the product that makes them the most money. In my mind, that makes them even worse than worthless, but ultimately that's for you to decide. Very little. There's a bit of convoluted (egg crate) style memory foam and a 3/8" memory foam band for extra support at your hips. But generally we'd say it has very very little memory foam and very little memory foam feel.
Thanks for the great video! I just got mine and It seems that there is no handle on the PressureSmart 2.0 Queen size mattress. Not sure if it's just mine or they removed that from the 2.0.
Hey Justin! You're right - Beautyrest has recently updated their PressureSmart models to 2.0 versions. This happened about a month ago, and we'd very much like to cover these new models in the future. This video was originally published in 2021 and covered the older models up until the recent rollout. As to the major differences between these lines - you are again correct. The biggest change is a slight upgrade in the overall coil count to the Beautyrest 1000 Series. We suspect that the coil gauge also changed slightly, though we have not yet confirmed this. Hope that helps!

@@Jeffs60 There's a lot that goes into mattresses, and height alone isn't the best way to gauge quality. Different price points will have different constructions and different amounts of foam and other comfort materials. And sometimes cheaper options can nonetheless perform the same or better than more expensive ones.
@@Jeffs60 Sorry we missed this previously. A couple things to note here. First and foremost is that the mattress rankings put out by Consumer Reports are completely meaningless for two reasons. For starters, mattresses are a highly personal product, so any ranking of the "best mattresses" is entirely ill-conceived and no more useful than a ranking of the "best pants." Second, the only Consumer Reports criteria that you might think would be a valid way to rank mattresses (durability) does not provide useful or accurate data. Of the 240 mattresses they currently test, the worst durability score they give is a 3 out of 5, and less than 2% of mattresses receive this score. Another 17% receive a 4 out of 5. The remainder (over 80%) receive a perfect score for durability! You don't need to read the half million consumer reviews on GoodBed to know that this data is obviously bogus. The reason for it has to do with a flaw in their durability testing methodology. That said, it is NOT implausible for a cheaper mattress to be more durable than a more expensive one. In some cases, the very materials that make a mattress more comfortable (and more expensive) are the ones that can wear down more quickly over time. In other cases, manufacturers may just be greedy and fail to use premium materials even when they are charging a premium price. Likewise, it's VERY plausible that the mattress that is best for YOU will not be the most expensive mattress. Mattresses can often have features that add lots of cost but aren't a priority for many people -- this is just one aspect of why they are such a personal product. I hope that's helpful.
@@goodbed I noticed consumer reports is not accurate as I know people who have Honda and Toyota which they claim is good yet I know many who have problems with them and GM that runs great for 300k miles yet CR says they are not that good. I was always told Stearns and Foster was the best brand but that was many years ago so not sure what they actually do in the factory these days as far as quality. I like just a basic firm tight top mattress not extra or ultra firm but basic firm and not silly stuff like pillow top and other gadgets.

Hi there -- Thanks for your question. No, pressure relief is about reducing or eliminating pressure points. Have you ever lied on your side and woken up with your arm or leg asleep, or worse yet with soreness in your shoulder or hip? Those things happen as a result of pressure points. Pressure relief is what prevents pressure points from happening. Re: the extra material in the center 1/3, that is to provide more support where you need it most (which for all of us is in our hips, since that's where our weight is most concentrated). Since this extra material is completely additive to the other layers that run the full length of the mattress, it should hold your hips up just slightly more than if this material were not there. Are you sure these are 1k count? it's hard to imagine squeezing 1000 coils in a foam encased design... Doesn't seem plausible in a queen config... unless of course the diameter was very small.. but that wouldn't make sense either..? I think BR800, BRS900 and PS2.0 (with 1000 series coil) are all around the 800 count range.. Older BR blacks are 815.. High end foam encased Airelooms are similar in the mid 800s.. Even BR themselves market it as "coil series" but never mention count. don't worry... Sealy is also guilty of this because they market the edge coils... Stearns doubling the intellcoils etc..
You're right to be a little bit skeptical here! With Beautyrest, these are actually coil *densities*, which are sometimes still reported as counts. Basically what this means is that the 1000 number would be accurate if instead of having a foam encasement there were coils that extended all the way to the edge (as per older constructions). This means that across the vast majority of the mattress (ie, the part you sleep on), you are still getting the benefit of that same 1000 count arrangement, however the actual total count is somewhat less than 1000 because the edge coils are replaced by the foam perimeter. Different brands may report this somewhat differently, so it can indeed get confusing. But from our perspective, it does make sense to show coil densities because 1) these are the coil numbers that are most commonly cited by brands that DO use foam encasement, and 2) they are the closest thing to an apples to apples comparison with coil numbers from other brands that do NOT use foam encasement. @@goodbed I guess that makes sense.. but I rather have an accurate count.. The trouble is foam encasement vs Edge coil designs I suppose? I noticed the Englander site stating 789 coils for one of the designs, but also writing 1057 as total count on same bed. This is similar to what Sealy does for the Posturepedic plus line around "Satisified II" (1072 coils on Queen).. but CORE count is obviously less. In fact the Tempur/Sealy hospitality line markets Edge and Core coils separately on stuff like Gaffney used in hotels... (Internal metrics for those who care?) I guess I just hate the misleading aspect of it all.. Most Queens do indeed have around 800 "core count", though it goes off in multiple directions when marketing wants to argue advantages. So what is density? you can only go so small in a design without being detrimental based on AWG wire gauge.. I've always viewed this as "count", but with microcoils and intellcoils.. I guess the marketing is endless.
@@jaszjsz You've nailed it. It's very very confusing and there's not a clear universal standard. We try to account for this in our own data, but it's tough to track down all of it. And on the 789 vs 1057 - I suspect those are actually two different coil units from Leggett and Platt. The 1057 is usually the Quantum Edge Elite and the 789 is usually the Quantum Edge with Caliber Edge Coils at the head and foot. It's complicated!
@@goodbed Oh don't get me started.. Sherwood also uses "789" count + Quantum edge.. but doesn't have a second value. I asked them directly in an email, but I got the standard PR response and the guy didn't seem to know much. They sell an encase bed with 770 coils.. You can't tell me the Quantum edge model is only 789 total vs something like a Sealy posturepedic Plus. It insane to me because Sherwood does private label Sealy's themselves for box stores. Edit: Im proven wrong.. it really is 789.. the elite just adds header and footer coils..hence diff.
So we generally don't recommend Firm options to side sleepers unless they've tried the mattress in person and are sure that it's a good fit for them. For the most part, side sleepers do better on Plush or Medium options. With the PressureSmart models we tend to think the Plush is closer to a medium in feel, so you might look there?

It is possible that a firm mattress might be a good fit for you, but we'd worry that the PressureSmart Firm might be a little bit too firm for most side sleepers.

Great question. Beautyrest often varies their coil gauge by model. In their Plush options, they've recently used both a 14.75 gauge and a 15.5 gauge coil, and in their Firm options they've used a 13.5 or 13.75 gauge coil.
I am a sides sleeper and I sleep on my back. I do suffer with lower back pain. I tried the pressure smart 2.0 Lux firm pillow top. The pillow top feature seems to make it feel more like a medium. This mattress is junk!!!
Most mattresses will form an impression of where you sleep. Unless it is an all memory foam mattress, specifically Temperpedic but that can lead to back pain and hot sleeping.
Got one, it sucks , not even 6 months in and it looks and feels awful really bad sagging and is not crisp and square looking and sheets pull off corners thing is mush , to much money never again!!!!

I was suffering from excruciating low back pain before I bought the LUX . Within a week or two this mattress took all the aches and pains completely away. Sadly it only lasted three & a half years. Now im back looking 4 another mattress i was hoping I'd give me a good 5 or 7 years.
just bought this thing a couple weeks ago. sadly this mattress developed mattress sag even though it is claimed "extra firm" and a ton of coils in it. i dont think there is a such mattress that is sag proof.

The closest thing I've found to a sag-proof mattress is my Innomax air mattress. However, my need for a high firmness level usually causes the air chamber to spring leaks affer about four months. Replacement cost is about $200.

I got 3 of 13.75” pressuresmart mattresses from mattress firm. They are very comfortable and my kids love them. Do NOT pay full price. I jokingly asked if they could do something on price, and they knocked off $750/mattress. The margin on these things must be insane.

I love the comfort of the PressureSmart. I purchased a King Plush and Queen Plush in 2019 and both sunk drastically within a year. I replaced both under warranty for another PressureSmart King Firm and Queen Plush because I was told that during COVID supply chain affected materials. The two new mattress again within a year are sinking and I was approved for another warranty replacement. I'm only 155 pounds and the bed has a large indentation where I sleep and the spare bedroom Queen that only slept on occasionally on weekends by my daughter around same weight is skinking as well. The company says to rotate to even out which is not so easy with a King but why is this not bouncing back and instead sinking in a short timeframe? I am replacing and don't know what to do because I love the bed.
pressuresmart only says coil system but it doesn't indicate if it is T1/T2/T3 coil system. Do anybody know?
Hi there -- Thanks for your question. I can't say with 100% certainty, but my guess would be that the PressureSmart models would use the T1 coils and the PressureSmart Lux models would use the T2. As we noted in this video, there are many shared characteristics between the PressureSmart and Harmony lineups, so it seems quite likely that their support systems would be analogous.

@@goodbed That makes sense. They are so similiar. Sales from Mattress Firm told me that PressureSmart is firmer than Harmony but I doubt it. PressureSmart is marked way higher price than Harmoney though

Was just about to purchase a Pressure Smart plush when I found other reviews that stated that it was best to avoid if you weigh more than 130 pounds.
Wow, that advice is highly suspect to say the least. Admittedly, this video relates to the PressureSmart 1.0 models, which were recently replaced with the 2.0 models that we have not tested. But in testing many, many hundreds of mattresses, I can tell you that there are *very* few for which such a broad dismissal would be appropriate or accurate. And this most certainly would not have been true of the v1.0 that we tested.
Most likely, this information comes from a website that is part of what I call the "mattress review mafia." These sites are actually just retailers disguised as "review" sites. They make money when you buy one of the online brands they are trying to sell you, and they don't make money if you buy a brand sold in a store, like this one. Sometimes they cover the store brands in order to lure people who are Googling for information about that product, and then present you with a fake "review" (which of course sounds very credible) telling you why you shouldn't buy that product. Their hope is that once you're on their website, you will see the other bogus information they provide -- like lists of the "best mattresses" -- and be duped into buying one of the online brands that pays them the most money instead.
To be clear, I'm not in any way trying to convince you to buy this mattress, nor am I even making a positive statement about this mattress. And we will not make any money from Mattress Firm or Beautyrest if you do choose to buy it. I'm just giving you the important truth about the other sources of mattress reviews out there. Their whole purpose is to trick you into buying the product that makes them the most money. In my mind, that makes them even worse than worthless, but ultimately that's for you to decide.

Very little. There's a bit of convoluted (egg crate) style memory foam and a 3/8" memory foam band for extra support at your hips. But generally we'd say it has very very little memory foam and very little memory foam feel.

Hey Justin! You're right - Beautyrest has recently updated their PressureSmart models to 2.0 versions. This happened about a month ago, and we'd very much like to cover these new models in the future. This video was originally published in 2021 and covered the older models up until the recent rollout. As to the major differences between these lines - you are again correct. The biggest change is a slight upgrade in the overall coil count to the Beautyrest 1000 Series. We suspect that the coil gauge also changed slightly, though we have not yet confirmed this. Hope that helps!

Very slightly, yes! Though this can be difficult to distinguish if the quilt is thick or if the mattress has "bedded down" with use a bit.
@@goodbed Can you explain to me why consumer reports has 1000 dollar mattresses like pressuresmart and other med price gets higher ratings than the ones that are 3000-4000 dollars? How can an expensive mattress be worse than a medium price? Why is the pressuresmart firm mattress only 11" deep while most others in that price range are 12.5" to 13.5"?
@@Jeffs60 There's a lot that goes into mattresses, and height alone isn't the best way to gauge quality. Different price points will have different constructions and different amounts of foam and other comfort materials. And sometimes cheaper options can nonetheless perform the same or better than more expensive ones.
@@Jeffs60 Sorry we missed this previously. A couple things to note here.
First and foremost is that the mattress rankings put out by Consumer Reports are completely meaningless for two reasons. For starters, mattresses are a highly personal product, so any ranking of the "best mattresses" is entirely ill-conceived and no more useful than a ranking of the "best pants." Second, the only Consumer Reports criteria that you might think would be a valid way to rank mattresses (durability) does not provide useful or accurate data. Of the 240 mattresses they currently test, the worst durability score they give is a 3 out of 5, and less than 2% of mattresses receive this score. Another 17% receive a 4 out of 5. The remainder (over 80%) receive a perfect score for durability! You don't need to read the half million consumer reviews on GoodBed to know that this data is obviously bogus. The reason for it has to do with a flaw in their durability testing methodology.
That said, it is NOT implausible for a cheaper mattress to be more durable than a more expensive one. In some cases, the very materials that make a mattress more comfortable (and more expensive) are the ones that can wear down more quickly over time. In other cases, manufacturers may just be greedy and fail to use premium materials even when they are charging a premium price. Likewise, it's VERY plausible that the mattress that is best for YOU will not be the most expensive mattress. Mattresses can often have features that add lots of cost but aren't a priority for many people -- this is just one aspect of why they are such a personal product.

@@goodbed I noticed consumer reports is not accurate as I know people who have Honda and Toyota which they claim is good yet I know many who have problems with them and GM that runs great for 300k miles yet CR says they are not that good. I was always told Stearns and Foster was the best brand but that was many years ago so not sure what they actually do in the factory these days as far as quality. I like just a basic firm tight top mattress not extra or ultra firm but basic firm and not silly stuff like pillow top and other gadgets.
Does pressure relief mean that you sink more into the bed? And does the 3/8 inch piece of memory foam in the middle mean that that part will allow more sinking in or be firmer for better support? Thanks.
Hi there -- Thanks for your question. No, pressure relief is about reducing or eliminating pressure points. Have you ever lied on your side and woken up with your arm or leg asleep, or worse yet with soreness in your shoulder or hip? Those things happen as a result of pressure points. Pressure relief is what prevents pressure points from happening.
Re: the extra material in the center 1/3, that is to provide more support where you need it most (which for all of us is in our hips, since that's where our weight is most concentrated). Since this extra material is completely additive to the other layers that run the full length of the mattress, it should hold your hips up just slightly more than if this material were not there.

Are you sure these are 1k count? it's hard to imagine squeezing 1000 coils in a foam encased design... Doesn't seem plausible in a queen config... unless of course the diameter was very small.. but that wouldn't make sense either..?
I think BR800, BRS900 and PS2.0 (with 1000 series coil) are all around the 800 count range.. Older BR blacks are 815.. High end foam encased Airelooms are similar in the mid 800s..
Even BR themselves market it as "coil series" but never mention count.
don't worry... Sealy is also guilty of this because they market the edge coils... Stearns doubling the intellcoils etc..
You're right to be a little bit skeptical here! With Beautyrest, these are actually coil *densities*, which are sometimes still reported as counts. Basically what this means is that the 1000 number would be accurate if instead of having a foam encasement there were coils that extended all the way to the edge (as per older constructions). This means that across the vast majority of the mattress (ie, the part you sleep on), you are still getting the benefit of that same 1000 count arrangement, however the actual total count is somewhat less than 1000 because the edge coils are replaced by the foam perimeter.
Different brands may report this somewhat differently, so it can indeed get confusing. But from our perspective, it does make sense to show coil densities because 1) these are the coil numbers that are most commonly cited by brands that DO use foam encasement, and 2) they are the closest thing to an apples to apples comparison with coil numbers from other brands that do NOT use foam encasement.

I noticed the Englander site stating 789 coils for one of the designs, but also writing 1057 as total count on same bed.
This is similar to what Sealy does for the Posturepedic plus line around "Satisified II" (1072 coils on Queen).. but CORE count is obviously less.
In fact the Tempur/Sealy hospitality line markets Edge and Core coils separately on stuff like Gaffney used in hotels... (Internal metrics for those who care?)
I guess I just hate the misleading aspect of it all.. Most Queens do indeed have around 800 "core count", though it goes off in multiple directions when marketing wants to argue advantages.
So what is density? you can only go so small in a design without being detrimental based on AWG wire gauge.. I've always viewed this as "count", but with microcoils and intellcoils.. I guess the marketing is endless.
@@jaszjsz You've nailed it. It's very very confusing and there's not a clear universal standard. We try to account for this in our own data, but it's tough to track down all of it. And on the 789 vs 1057 - I suspect those are actually two different coil units from Leggett and Platt. The 1057 is usually the Quantum Edge Elite and the 789 is usually the Quantum Edge with Caliber Edge Coils at the head and foot. It's complicated!

I asked them directly in an email, but I got the standard PR response and the guy didn't seem to know much.
They sell an encase bed with 770 coils.. You can't tell me the Quantum edge model is only 789 total vs something like a Sealy posturepedic Plus.
It insane to me because Sherwood does private label Sealy's themselves for box stores.
Edit: Im proven wrong.. it really is 789.. the elite just adds header and footer coils..hence diff.

So we generally don't recommend Firm options to side sleepers unless they've tried the mattress in person and are sure that it's a good fit for them. For the most part, side sleepers do better on Plush or Medium options.
With the PressureSmart models we tend to think the Plush is closer to a medium in feel, so you might look there?

It is possible that a firm mattress might be a good fit for you, but we'd worry that the PressureSmart Firm might be a little bit too firm for most side sleepers.

Great question. Beautyrest often varies their coil gauge by model. In their Plush options, they've recently used both a 14.75 gauge and a 15.5 gauge coil, and in their Firm options they've used a 13.5 or 13.75 gauge coil.

I am a sides sleeper and I sleep on my back. I do suffer with lower back pain. I tried the pressure smart 2.0 Lux firm pillow top. The pillow top feature seems to make it feel more like a medium. Is that the idea? Do you have any review on The firm with the pillow top. It seemed OK in the store. The salesman said it’s gonna feel too firm when I get it home.. The plush pillow top was too soft.

I'm also looking at the same mattress. Did you purchase it and if so, do you like it? I don't want a soft bed and not a real firm bed either. I also don't want it to cave in or have high and low spots like my previous pressure smarts got.
