Would you recommend those propellers for someone new to FPV drones? And besides those propeller guard bumpers and top cover what do you think about adding a gimbal guard bumper?
@@FLTHY4N i recommend anything that will help you secure that drone investment. These props are for extra freestyle control due to lower pitch value. You will be fine with stock props 👊
I am very new to drones and FPV the AVATA2 is my first drone and obviously for FPV and I’m about a dozen batteries in with one cracked prop guard but my question is do those rubber bumpers actually help without causing any drag or air dynamic issues obviously not since you’re flying like a freaking beast and the drum doesn’t seem to mind so I’m assuming you would say go buy some? By the way you’re freaking bad ass. I can’t believe you went through that post part one.
I just discovered your channel and I have not looked through your video archives, but have you ever filmed the actual AVATA2 aircraft itself so then I could see when you are doing those flipping and rolling maneuvers and especially the one where you’re just staring straight up at that palm tree And rolling it and yet it doesn’t drop from gravity backwards. If you have had one like that posted then hopefully I will find it but if you don’t, would you consider doing that?

Fantastic dude. What are your rates at? I know you use 940 , but any change to stick sensitivity? I find it way too sensitive with the little DJI sticks after using bigger TX's for so long :-)
@@ScowlerJase you are correct, but you get used to it. I fly with half of the expo values for freestyle. By default it comes at 0.65, and I bring it down to 0.3.

@@steven3874 for ripping freestyle I stay within 25° to 35°. It's wild good and you get more speed than lower cam angles. For normal whooping 10° to 20°. This is personal taste. You could fly 45° if you want too 👊😉

your not doing the death fall/roll (not as bad as the Avata 1) due to your changes to you rates? with mine on standard rates you turn sharp and it tries to fall out the sky, but its easier to recover then the first avata.
@@Adept1780 great question. Faster rates play a huge role, because the FC has to respond accordingly to the ESC. Never had any death rolls, but If I do a fast juicy flick, then it could wobble.

@@DronieWalker that problem was fixed with Avata2. Even with its limitations as a cinewhoop, now you can do all pro tricks. This drone is a great video machine. Practice and enjoy FPV 🫶.
Maybe it because I am not that good a pilot but I found in manual if I hit a turn hard and fast, it stalls (prop wash) but if I take the turn smoother, its fine! I can recover from it but just wondered if you also experience this please?

Tried to buy some of them props like 5 sets and longer screws from your site but couldn't figure it out unfortunately.
@@Adept1780 HQ came up with new ones. But I still love these v1 for extra control with lower pitch, and wider prop size. These bite more air.

How did you get those prop screws to fit? The holes dont line up on HQ DT2.9x2.7x3
@@KwadzUK good question. Had to use shorter screws to fit them. The extra wide prop design and lower pitch gives me insane control 💯

Killer run dude, any idea what happened with the inverted yaw spin? Have been nervous to try that trick myself lol
good question. I went for it, but couldn't save it with battery at 19%. Do all tricks and lines from 100% to 25% battery left.
