After getting my visa for the F4 category, do I have to move in with my sister (legal sponsor) or can I choose to move somewhere else upon entry? like to a different state?
If so, does changing the address before moving raises any questions upon entering the country?

I filed for my siblings when they children were 8 and 9 yrs old back in 2012. The children are now 19 & 21 years of age . I anticipate that they probably wouldn't get a call for another 4 or 5 yrs . Do you know if the children would still be eligible for green cards?

Hello Jim, my brother and sisters have been on TPS for the past 15 years, they’ve had their work permit and renew it every few years. I because a citizen, if I decide to apply for them will they have to leave the state as well? Or should I apply for my parents first then my parents can apply for them?
    Thanks

Hello Mr. Jim, are there any pardon for those who stay after been sent the approval notice? Sister petitioned and approved October 2010. 13 years since then. Is this a case you can handle ? Brother stayed here in the states unlawful, but doing great social work with proven moral character, he has 2 sons with DACA and wife recently passed away (his wife was non American) Jamaican family. Thanks for the advise.

Dear Mr. Jim hacking. Sir I am a u.s citizen and I am about to file I 130 for my Indian mother, however I have a down syndrome i.e disabled sister who is dependent on my mother for her day to day care. Is there any provision in immigration law that that could bump up my sister's priority similar to my mother? Otherwise my mother won't be able to immigrate leaving behind my sister.
    1) my father is deceased 2) my sister is above 21 and unmarried
