    Hi Mr,
I’m US citizen and I want to petition for my mother and my two under age brother to come over at the same time with my mother. Do you think is it possible? If I sponsor my mother to come over once she gets her green card I’m pretty sure she won’t be able to bring my tow little brothers because she would be a green card holder. What is your best recommendation if you could provide me a little more details I would appreciated you. Thank you

Why not have 'the daughter' bring in her mother? Isn't your spouse a US Citizen/green card holder? If you're the one that's got a US status then petition your spouse to get a US status. Your spouse then is to petition for her parent/s.

so it is yes or no

...Only a person with a US status can petition an immediate relative. Immediate meaning a parent, a child, a spouse. Go figure.

You can't sponsor your mother-in-law or father-in-law. Only your own parents.
