The customer is a gamer so we suggested a 5800X3D with a Noctua NH-U12A which he went with :)

I really, just really want to confuse someone my forcibly shoving an am5 cpu into and intel board, maybe dremmeling the edge of the cpu till it fits. They'd be so confused, then id say it was a prebuilt, and worked until the other day.

From 2019 R9 3900x 3.8GHz 12C 24T to 2018 R7 2700x 3.7GHz 8C 16T processor.
