So, do you have any plans in the future to go up North Vietnam? Like Mù Cang Chải, Sapa, Hà Giang, Yên Bái or Sơn La? The scenery up there is very breathtaking. And it is a good video I enjoy it a lot!!
Yes! We had hoped to make it to Sapa on this trip, but didn’t have enough time. A friend we made in Hanoi recommended Hà Giang, so that’s on our list now too. Our next trip will include the North and head all the way down, to the South! It is such a beautiful country with amazing people! We can’t wait to go back.
You need to have immediate access to at least $10,000 usd or have health/accident insurance that will cover you in Vietnam. That is insurance payments that can be immediately paid by a card world-wide. If you are in an accident and need hospitalization or emergency care, the hospital will not do much more than receive you until payment is made. Mandatory to have a Vietnaese driver license and motobike insurance. Have an accident- deep trouble here.
Yes, of course! We had health insurance that covered us in Vietnam, as well as our international drivers licenses. Style Motorbikes covered all our motorcycle insurance with the rental, which was great. Thanks for highlighting the importance of making sure you check the local laws (anywhere you travel to).
