I always eat my steaks well done. I've been doing that all my life. It can still be juicy if cooked properly. I LOVE how Chef Pasquale makes such good use of all the space in his yard to grow his vegetables and fruits.

What’s going on here? The title of the video is “grilling steaks,” but none of them are on the grill. I don’t really understand how cooking on a piece of cast iron, on a grill, is substantially different than on a cast iron skillet. I love your videos. I like well done and juicy. I have to eat it done completely. Steak houses burn my steak. I can cook well done and it's juicy. Restaurants are mean cooks.
As a meatcutter for 35 years sir, I must tell you in all honesty, those are 3 of the worst looking steaks I have ever seen. You have the correct cuts, just not from the correct part of the short loin or rib...You need me to go with you the next time...
Some cuts are hard to source at a regular grocery store. To find a good porterhouse I either have to ask the butcher a day or two ahead of time and even then, they don’t present a selection to choose from or visit multiple, specialty butcher shops. You’re kinda stuck with what little they have to choose from, when you go to a regular grocery store.
