I miss my grandfather so much, but me and my grandma just turned 43/93! (We have the same birthday, 50 years apart) She's still cooking, just like Pasquale, although she lets us "kids" make the ravioli and the Christmas cookies these days.

Good for him. He's Italian and lives in Long Branch, New Jersey Part of my heritage is Italian (Sicilian) Mom's side. My Mom, my Aunt and Grandparents lived in New Brunswick, until they moved to California back in 1952- 1953. God blesses only a few people to succeed. He has a wife & a family He has marketable & experienced skill of cooking. He's healthy, energetic, good personality, he's easily liked.
I just discovered his channel and promptly subscribed. He's so lovable, like a older uncle or even grandpa. At first, I thought it was someone doing a great Italian accent, but no. Congratulations, Pasquale on your newfound success. It is well deserved. I wish I had a kitchen where I could try out some of your yummy recipes!
I've been watching him for a while and even tried some of his recipes. What shocked me here is that he was a chef in Italy and he has this wonderful gift for cooking but yet, he was only a janitor here in the United States. I wonder why he couldn't have gotten a job as a chef with his amazing talent?

If you have never watched him do his homemade spaghetti sauce you have to watch that video it’s amazing!! it’s a lot of the way that I was taught but he goes way overboard with the amount and his process is one of a kind. He cooks with his heart that’s for sure and that’s so much work to do all of that amount of sauce!! I love watching him do anything❤️so happy for him!!
