This man was an icon in the 80s - 90s! “The Singing Chef!”. His cookbook was flawless & his recipes unique but always with perfect results! I’m so delighted to have found his channel!❤❤❤
Singing Chef Pasquale is still cooking! ❤ I treasured his cookbook from the around 1988 -89. As a newlywed, it was my Go-To…The best recipes ever! Sadly the book was lost in a house fire. 😢
The scallops arent seared,,,, the pan was not heated up hot enough,,,,, they were put in way to soon,,,, it seems lately that the focus is more on talking n texting and answering all the others watching,,, YES!,,,, that’s def important,,, but this is suppose to be a COOKING SHOW to teach so ck there’s can learn, and WATCH,,,, notttt have a C conversation regarding others lives,,,, please do not take offense,,, I’ve learned so much n I adore Pasquale,,,, he’s usually fun n FOCUSSED and seemed to enjoy teaching us all,,,,(?)

Mmm looks delicious 😋
I find it fascinating that people are telling a chef most of his life how to cook lol
Please move your pan handle to the side. I worry you will walk and hit it. Is this homemade pasta? YUM!
THANK YOU to your wife too 500 stars
I still think he did a good job. If you sear the scallops too much then the tomato 🍅 flavor won't absord it.
Should've got the dry pan really hot before adding lightly oiled scallops. After they get seared, then add butter and garlic.
Please stop talking over Pasquale……
