    After al these years, still good job of dismantling. But have you try to reassemble this laptop back to a working order ? It is more like you dismantle a already broken laptop to have spare parts. You have to be more gentle if it should work again, no ?

      Obviously if disassemble and re assemble a more careful job should be done.

    Thank you for this post. I tried to figure out how to install a new mouse pad but I did not know how to remove some of the components without breaking them.
    My left click does not work and the left click is dying slowly.

    Hello, May I ask (At time, 9:05 - 9:12) during video playback the small pcb with attached wire you removed, what is it and what is the bigger PCB that was on top of it? I have VPC-CWu1FX which I can't figure out where this is supposed to be hooked up, I have been looking for two days now and can't find a spot for it... any help is greatly appreciated.

      Hello, it is a Bluetooth with antenna. At some point, let's say 8.01 it was under a silver cover screwed with two bolts to a motherboard. and cable was going left and green antenna board was under audio jack board. Watch video in high res and you will see when I unscrewed that cover and finally where it is coming from. If not, I will make a print screen for you :)

      Thanks, I actually figured it out, the antenna for the Bluetooth module had to be ran under the main board to the right side of the palm rest chassis, and it was secured with the same screw that secures the main board on the corner. so it sits under the motherboard. but thanks anyway.
      I now have an image of the correct wiring if anyone else needs this info.

    What kind of drill is that and can I use another tool to open the laptop.

      You can for sure use a regular screwdriver. If you are doing for the first time you can easily strip a screw head and that will be pain to remove after that.

    Hi...Just wanted to know, Do i need to remove any screws if I only want to remove the keyboard? & is there a touchpad connection below the keyboard too ?

    • @regazzz
      @regazzz  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Morning, there only 2 screws that are holding a keyboard. And another connector should be a touchpad connector.

      Hey, Thanks for your reply. How do I know which are the 2 screws? Are they the ones with the dots next to them?

    Hızlı iş bitti. İşçilik kalitesi düşük. Kullanılan araçlar yetersiz. Düzen kötü. Aslında, eğitici bir video değil.
