    Hello Dr.E, Great video and very simply explained. I have identified a little bug that could be fixed. @ 3:56 the diagram shows 'poor handling of large orders and poor dispatching' as issues listed under material while these are should fall under method. Similarly 'run out of ingredients' is a materials issue and not methods.
    This however seems to have been corrected and fixed in the later part of the video at 5:46.
    I really like your videos and I felt it necessary to point it out as I want everyone perceive them in high regard.
