Really? I think you have had your brain replaced by a Certified Quality engineer donated brain. I think this video is not earth changing event just interesting.
I am myself a mentor and coach on quality management and just casually decided to watch the video only to be highly impressed primarily by the flow of connecting the tools and the pace of speech itself. This video also proves.... Learning Never Stops! Thank You!
this is so interesting sir .this lecture not just give us understanding of topic but also improve my English language.your English language talking ia azung and understandable thanks
Ok, this is my new gold standard for how a presentation should be. The quality, precision and the flow of information is just wow. The slides, diagrams, the example and the way you highlighted and zoomed in on the info, so much to like here. It's a sub from me.
As a quality management student, I am so grateful for this video, it is amazing. I learn about this tools on several separate subjects, and I have to say that your explanation is 10 better and simpler and faster. Love it
Just like Nikola said. My professors, after watching this video, just dont have the didactic skills to transfer the knowledge in a simple and effective manner. Thank you very, very much on this video.
Randomly came across this video and decided to watch. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I sometimes struggle to get new hires on my team up to speed with all of the tools, and processes we uses in order to complete the measurement and analysis components of our projects. I will be using this as a required onboarding tool for now on! Thank you!
I'm a self taught Q.E. and I got to say, I'm one of the best QE I have met. Why because I worked my way up from production operator, to Q.A. inspection role, to Q.A. technician role, to Q.A. senior technician role, and now I'm a non-degreed Q.E.. I've done all the dirty work and have the best understanding of how everything in a company impacts another and be able to translate technical information into understandable simple terms.
I appreciate you sharing your experience, and I love that you worked your way up through the organization. I think that's incredibly powerful because you understand your work processes in a very deep way.
Thank you so much for this explanation. I'm studying for the NAHQ CPHQ exam and this truly helped me understand how they all tie together. I feel like I finally understand the purpose.
If only many of our local institutes taught Quality Control methodologies and/or related subjects this way like you did, they would be more quality QC/QA talents to better serve the employers. Simply straight forward yet concise. Impressive. About how this was presented, yes, I totally agree with commenters like Nikola G, UB Explores, Tejas J.,.. That's something to be happy about!
Fantastic overview tutorial showing real life demo examples. More like this. Keep it up. As a CSSGB/CQE I appreciate your efforts to help the Quality Assurance community
Your presentation and concise explanations are outstanding! I particularly loved how your video used the toaster explain and how each tool inter-related a flow into each other to provide a full picture of the issue being studyed.
Fantastic! All the essential points to know and master are distilled into concise notes and a very good example to illustrate and drive home the points. Kudos!
Everything I had to read in my class made this so complicated. I understand now everything! You are a great teacher. Thank you for explaining this so easily.
I almost never add comments to videos, but this video has soo good and easy explenation of each tool that I couldnt not say anything. Fantastic video, will surely come back to your yt channel!
Thank you. Your videos helped me pass my cqt exam! Topics are simplified and easy to digest. Your visual presentations make it easy to understand. New subscriber here. Thank you again.
Great suggestion, and I will definitely add that to the to-do list! I also have another channel (Green Belt Academy) where I create and share six sigma related content and concepts.
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: Flowcharts are visual tools that depict the sequence of a process, promoting common understanding and simplifying complex processes. The Pareto chart, based on the Pareto principle, helps identify vital issues by showing that 80% of effects come from 20% of causes. Cause and effect diagrams, such as the Ishikawa diagram, systematically identify potential causes of a problem, aiding in root cause analysis. Scatter diagrams show the relationship between variables, helping understand correlations, but correlation doesn't imply causation. Histograms visualize frequency distributions of continuous data, aiding in understanding process variation and capability. Control charts monitor process variation over time, confirming if changes are effective and if the process remains in control. Made with HARPA AI
Super nice explanation with a practical example thank you! I only miss one minor point the stated Phase of PDCA or DMAIC per Quality Tool. You only say it specifically at 1. Flow Chart. Maybe someone could typ them as a reaction.
Thank you for this lecture. I was looking only the title of 7 QC tools as some people tells slightly different. Actually I think a stratification has to be included as one of the tool but this is replaced by flow charts here. It looks like the flow charts can be considered as stratification.
Very crisp and informative video. Thanks Just one observation - The histogram should have a range and there shouldn't be spaces between bars, it's a bar chart basically.
Great point Sagar!!! In my full course (The CQE Master Class) I go into much more detail on how to create histograms (in excel) and we talk about bin width, bin sizing, spacing, etc!
This is the best 16 mins I have spend on TH-cam my whole life.
Wow, thanks Manu!!!
