Yeah i guess maybe they either wanna keep TES in house or they don't want to dilute the brand. They could also still be making fallout tactics games and whatnot but I guess they don't really see a point in not just making their RPGs
@@TheOriginalJphyperyeh right ? There lore has always made you feel like you live in a world that has history, but the games themselves have never been the best quality if they put as much effort into combat and movement it would feel less stiff. But I love the games none the less
Yup Redguard the game and it's comic are all cannon! Personally, Cyrus is my favorite protagonist, look up the speech he gives "What are we if not swords" and "the prince is dead, long live the prince" are such amazingly delivered lines
Another redguard game would be pretty cool though, Cyrus reminds me a bit of V from cyberpunk. Maybe one day another studio will take over elder scrolls and we'll get a return to those games.
Can’t wait for Todd to inject so many Easter eggs from Redguard in TES 6 😂 Especially a Stros M’Kai DLC. It was his very first project as the lead developer at Bethesda.
The problem is, Cyrus's story takes place 300+ years before the first game and by Skyrim he would be over 600 years old which is well beyond human lifespans in TES.
@mercurius0 yeah or bring his voice actor back like they did in Oblivion and Morrowind. I will say creation club did add in a creation featuring Cyrus's sword and gear I think, check those out if you got anniversary edition :)

Then they abandoned so many of the things that made Morrowind great. Spell-crafting, spears, throwables, taunting, attributes... The list goes on. 😭
