I completely forgot Morganite existed... I think that's one of those "Designed for Magical Musketeer" cards. They absolutely adore those blank spells, even running Dancing Needle for exactly that reason, and Morganite is a Double Summon the turn you activate it!
Too many players are obsessed with being competitive at tier 1 and tier 0. Skull servants is a fun deck. That and lyrilusc are my all-time favorites to play. Excited to grab some Wightsworn.
I thought it was weird when I was getting back into yugioh that there were so many decks running ash. I was thinking of finishing an old deck that still has it in the list but are there any more modern hand traps that are better picks? Never been able to get fully into competitive but I’m willing to give it another go
@@itsyaroy5614I actual began to quit running it if there's better options. "Wow I can't wait to use so much resources for a card my opponent can easily use 100 different cards to get over" sounds lame. Might be a hot take, but little knight is far better being able to banish ANY card (so many decks are graveyard reliant now) while still being able to protect itself while simultaneously banishing another card.
@@galaxyvulture6649 agree, i think if there's better option, apo definitely replacable IMHO. Like for the past current format while monster effect is still dominant sometimes it's just not enough because the crazy amount of spell card and field spell as extender, so apo definitely wouldn't suffice, like if i can choose 4 monster negate vs 1 omni and 1 monster negate i would definitely prefer 1 omni and 1 monster negate.

The Going second one is not good aged with Tenpai Dragon
We'll see how it does in TCG. Part of its success is being able to sit on Spheres and Kaiser Colosseum turn 1, which isn't possible in TCG.

@@GutsmanLoL Most decks can make Apo. A deck that makes only Apo is not a good deck. That doesn't mean Apo is also not good.

It wasn't that the card itself was bad but the attitude new players have towards negates that makes it a trap.
