    What determines the difference in price? Why are some 150 and other 175, especially if it's being performed by the same dude? Is one more urgent than another; ergo, the leverage to charge more maybe? How do you know what to charge per signing especially when they seemed to have been executed in the same office?

    • @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem
      @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem  6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      great question!
      The actual fee you can charge depends on where you source the signing. just like the same TV on amazon can be lower than the same TV at best buy.
      The price you can charge solely depends on your client. some escrow officers allow you to charge $250, while some only $150.
      if you have any other questions, please let me know!

      Hi Mark. I went to the notary rotary website and I see that they have a package for $100. I tried contacting someone to ask and couldn't get anyone so I thought you'd be the best to ask. Is the E&O included in that package or I have to purchase it separately? If yes, which amount of coverage is necessary so I can make sure I'm covered for anything.
      Thanks in advance for responding

    • @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem
      @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Francisca! In my course, I actually teach signing agents how to perform a perfect signing, regardless if there are different types of loan documents, through a special technique!
      And majority of the time, most documents are the similar due to banks like Wells Fargo and Chase keeping the same type of loan documents throughout the country, not varied by state.
      I can't wait to share my technique with you!

  • @rudelimit12
    @rudelimit12 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Possible, definitely. Unfortunately most people won't make it to that level, due to them not putting in the work, not following your steps etc.
    and for those who don't think you can make that much in a day, it is possible. I had the opportunity to work side by side with a Loan Signing Agent and she did 800$ that day.
    I was the driver lol I drive, she stamps, team work. support your partner. =]

    I'm in the WRONG PROFESSION!! I work at a distribution center working between 50 to 60 hour work week at my overnight job, working from paycheck to paycheck just to pay my bills and have absolutely nothing to show for! I am so glad that I had started this course this week! The best investment that you can buy is to invest in educate yourself.

    Now mark do you have to accept every signing an escrow officer gives you or do you turn down some?

    • @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem
      @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Christopher! Great question!! The answer is you don't have to, the best part about this job is the freedom it allows you to have with your schedule! So you can choose the hours you work and the appointments you accept and turn down.
      But what I will say is this is a relationship business!! Successful signing agents know they sometimes have to take a loss to gain more business in the long run! That might mean accepting appointments that are a little further or at a early time!
      And the great news is I go over this in my course!! I can't wait to teach you!! Click the link below to see my course pricing chart!

    • @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem
      @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@christophermoore1776 The answer lies in how much you have developed the relationship.
      This is a relationship driven business - so if you have a good relationship the answer is a big NO!
      If you dont have a good relationship and you seem to deny to time to time they will move on to a notary they have a deeper and better relationship with!

    • @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem
      @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem  7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hi Anthony! And absolutely yes you can be a real estate agent or mortgage officer. I wrote a blog as to why you’re in a great position to make a lot of money as a loan signing agent because you have access to the people that hire you... escrow officers. You just can’t notarize your own deals (you have to be a neutral third party and not have a financial interest in the transaction). Click here to learn more: goo.gl/5Skpys

      Mark Wills I am in Louisiana. The Civil Law Notary is a little different here. You refer to Escrow Companies, we do closings at Title Companies. Is that different? They usually have a lawyer or a Notary that already works for the Title Company. How do we get there business if all of the Title Companies already have in-house notaries and Lawyers?
