In California, I was getting $350 per loan signing. Depending on the travel time I charge $475. But the quickest was 30 mins, too many pages to cover to go any faster.

Not true about not being able to be a Notary outside your State of Residence. I live in Michigan & can literally walk to Indiana. Had Dual Commissions in both States.
8-10 signings a day? False Rates? Start at $40 an appointment The owner of 123Notary has disappeared but still takes your money! Craigslist? Hahaha! Who does that? Oh, you’re not a notary? Hahahehe! $5,000 a month? Hogwash. Which state? Do more!

California,Connecticut,Delaware,District of Columbia,and Georgia do not allow online notarizations,also known as RONs
