    Your video just added so much value to my life. I am a notary with a closing agent license in Minnesota. It's been a slow climb for my business as I was not aware that there are so many endless opportunities awaiting me. Yulissa, you answered some marketing questions that have been in the back of my mind. Out of all of the videos I have watched yours has been the first to provide some clarity on marketing. I will definitely what to know more. You re-energized me. I am so hopeful that my business will excel, thanks to you. Your video was a missing piece of the pie. Thank you.

    So you just re-motivated me lol to continue with my current notary license! I did a few signings late 2021, but then all of 2022 I did nothing because signings slooooowwwed down 100% where I’m at and also I never got around to changing my maiden name with the state to get my new name on my new commission. But anyways, I’m doing the paperwork now to change it and I want to dive into GNW and continue to do some signings… I’m down to go to the jails, in fact I live near 2 different county jails here in town 😂

    Hi yulissa 🙂When you say you have to market yourself. Exactly how or what do you mean by that? I am very new to this and I’ve never had to market myself before, but I know I have to if I want to succeed or make any type of money in the Notary business. For example, let’s say, I want to market myself to a correctional facility, exactly How would I do that? Do I call the prison and let them know I am a notary and leave them my info. Do I show up physically and leave business cards? Not sure how to go about this.

    • @YulissaLisette
      @YulissaLisette  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello, when you're an entrepreneur you have to sell your services/products. When you're a notary you don't just sell your services but you also sell you and your brand. You can market by email, in person or social media. Basically spread the word around, give out your business cards. I wouldn't do just a phone call unless your following up with an email or a in person visit. I hope that helped. I have videos on marketing your services or you can also book a coaching call with me if you still have questions. ☺️

      It is possible to make $10k a month, it all depends on your workload, clients, area you live and your services. I have made $10k just from signings alone before, of course it was during the refi-boom. But it is possible. You just have to work very hard, be at many realtor/lender events, show up in your community. Consistently be marketing to title offices.
