    I make 2 dips using a 32 oz Greek yogurt. In one I use a (powdered) ranch packet & stir it right into the yogurt container. For the other I use Knorr Vegetable mix & stir that right into the yogurt container & mix well. They are both 0 points. I usually have 2 T for a serving, but no matter how much you use, it’s 0 points.

      We went to a 3 day family reunion at a campground a few years ago & I took 2 Greek yogurt dips. Using 2 large containers of Greek yogurt, in one I mixed an entire packet of ranch dressing. For the second one, added an entire packet of Knorr Vegetable Mix. Stir both really well. I just mixed them up right in the yogurt containers. To me the Knorr one tasted like onion dip - YUM! They’re both really good!

    I just started the points system. I did points in the years of 1999 through 2005 it worked great. I am not sure about this 0 points for turkey, chicken , salmon, tuna. Back then we counted everything that went in our mouth. including mayo on your sandwiches. How much weight have you lost on this program with the 0 point foods? I am scared I am not going to loose any weight at all.

    • @t5601xx
      @t5601xx 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Obviosly some 0 point foods need to be in moderation...personally, I've lost 6lbs in 12 days (weigh in every morning at 6 for consistancy) but I'm also 40lbs over weight just had a baby and am producing breast milk so that's Def a factor
      Also that's just from foods, I haven't worked out during this time bc I wanted to start my weight loss journey with only adjusting my diet
      Hope that helps

    I have a ?... i just started WW today and have 23 points a day, im confused on how you can eat free foods all day when your suppose to eat your points. Please explain. Thank you!

    • @LifesLittleThingz
      @LifesLittleThingz  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's your choice. You can incorporate 0 point foods into your day. For example, if dinner is higher in points, the rest of your day can be 0 points. Or you can have a zero point day and not count a point all day. Some people don't have time to count points, so a zero point meal or day is perfect for them. I hope this helps 😊

    • @patriciaangelina1063
      @patriciaangelina1063 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      For me, I stay within my dailies. But, I eat a lot of zero point foods.....those are healthier for me. My points go towards the splurges, like if I want an ice cream sandwich for dessert, or if I go out to eat, I know they are cooking in oils and butters which are points. So I track them, well I track everything I put in my mouth. I count my drink if it's not water, I count all foods.....if I have bread and butter, it gets tracked. But I might still have just chicken (at home I don't use oils to cook it) which is zero pts. I will have a side salad, zero pts but weight my dressing and I dip it. (I don't like a ton of dressing on my salad) I'll add 2 vegetables cooked/steamed and I only add salt and pepper or a little taste of butter.
      But.....I'm a person who grew up eating raw and plain veggies right out of the garden. It's how I prefer it. So I don't feel restricted at all. And I'm consistently dropping about 2- 2 1/2 lbs per week.
      The key to losing is to feed your body and drink your water

    • @summerbrane6492
      @summerbrane6492 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      It's definitely recommended that you eat your points. But occasionally there may be an extra busy day and you want to male things simple. That's when a zero point day would come in handy. Definitely not an everyday thing. This video was great for some ideas for those occasional days.

    That's genius. I used to think weigh watchers was an ED inducing bullshit diet plan. I don't follow it as it's not popular in brazil but i follow WHO guidelines for eating which promotes a very similar diet. I like that the zero point system on WW focuses on healthy/antioxidant foods and not on starving. Good luck on your health journey!

    Ve3ry nice, As long as you eat a small amount (like you did), zero points is fine. But if you eat more(2 breasts, 3 eggs, etc) even though they are zero points, you will gain weight.

    I am assuming you are eating rotisserie chicken breast. Dark meat has points.

    Sorry I don't believe in 0 point foods. All points are based on calories. So how can you have 0 point foods when all foods have calories

    I'm concerned about promoting zero point days because nutrition is compromised and not eating your points can slow down or stop weight loss.

      Nutrition isn't compromised because she's still eating calories. Also veggies and protein.
