Mmmmm. I just mad a Kodiak sheet pan pancake this morning! 1 1/2 cups of mix, 1 1/4 cups of water, 54 Lily’s Salted caramel chips. Bake at 475 for about 15 minutes. Cut into 20 squares.The recipe I found online says 4 squares = 3 Points. I also make muffins with the mix!
You reminded me I have been wanting some PB2! Amazon to the rescue! Those are the chicken tenders I eat since I am GF now! They make a quick lunch. You have a lot of great variety to change things up!

New to WW, I do not understand zero points shredded potatoes or the mixed vegetable for soup. My tracker shows 1 point for 1/2 cup of soup vegetables and GV hash browns show 1 point for 1/2 cup. What am I doing wrong?
We cannot find the blackened chicken strips. I've heard others say they are really good. I use the plain ones a lot though. Velveeta slices...YES please! I've been using the True Lemon packets in a bottle of water. Lots of flavors, made with stevia. I love the raspberry lemon! Does the pancake mix container hold the whole box of mix?

So many good products that you shared that I need to try I used to use that bread too until I found aunt Millies live light whole grain bread it’s 40 cal a slice and 1 pp for 1 slice or 2 slices are 2 pp 😋 it’s my new fav
Walmart also has a PfitB that I use. I take 1 1/2 TBSP PfitB, 1/2 TBSP Nestles Sugar Free Hot Chocolate mix, and abt 1 Tbsp water and mix together as a snack. It comes to about 70 calories. I eat it like chocolate instead of a candy bar.

Just found your video. It was great! Why do you keep saying for me this item is “X Number of Points”. Aren’t all points for food the same for everyone? Needless to say I’m new to WW.
They all look good but unfortunately for me I have to watch my sodium. Do you know how much the Walmart frozen Chinese meals have in sodium? Especially the dumplings. I would love to try them.
I ate Turkey and Ham lunch meat, Sea Salt Crackers, Laughing Cow light cheese. Eggs are free for me and so are potatoes. We eat a lot of chicken meals and chicken ends up being 0 points for me. Lots of veggies and some fruit. I hope this helps!
If your series about losing weight do NOT use 0 points. Maybe berries - oranges but be smart. On WW I had 30 points. Did not use 0 points. I lost 50lbs in 5 months

I told my son I didn’t like turkey bacon so he sprinkled garlic salt on it and fried it after spraying the pan, and I changed my mind.

Try lemon extract in your pancake mix..or you can even mix some extract with your banana and eat it with a spoon its that yummy!

Sometimes it's hard for us to find the blackened chicken. Yes, the container holds the box of kodiak mix from Walmart. It saves space in my pantry!

The 10 inches size are only 2pts and I use them everyday lol I will take the 2pts to make sure I can roll up a nice filled wrap/burrito 😊

The app tells me portions and points. There's an app called Healthi that's less expensive and has a similar set up like Weight Watchers.

Because this video is 2 years old and at that time points were different for different people. WW discontinued that plan.

Potatoes are not a free food. Please check your app or ask someone who works for Weight watchers. They are good, but they do use points.
