@@Karlamaee Yes you can replace sesame seeds with Chia Seeds. But the sweetener needs to be on the sticky side. Allulose is a better option as it can melt so just mix with water n boil until melted

I bake mine at 275 for up to an hour stirring every 15 minutes since I add 1 cup of coconut flakes as well. I use all coconut oil and a erythritol (Swerve brand). Don't use chia seeds since they are so tiny and get stuck in my teeth 😁! But like to use hemp seeds on occasion and 1/2 cup of melted peanut butter stirred in with the coconut oil. Once cooled, I freeze mine in ziploc baggies for longer storage. Great vid, thanks for all your hard work!
It’s a great basic recipe that can be customized so many ways. I made it flavoured with cocoa and cacao nibs. And left it to cool inside the turned off oven. It’s delicious! Thanks
This was my first attempt at keto granola. I made a few adjustments though! I substituted butter for the maple syrup and added more brown sugar. I felt it needed more sweetness since my first batch came out good but not as sweet as I like. Probably because I didn’t use maple syrup, Whoops! I also added 1/8 cup chIa seeds and 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut to sub for the sesame seeds. Also this made a HUGE batch! I’m hoping I can freeze it because I’m the only one in my family who eats granola 😂 I appreciate the hard work! Thanks!

I wonder where to find keto brown sugar bcoz sugar itself is not keto anymore. As per what I learnt, both the sugar and the maple syrup are alr contributing quite high in carbs. So this may not be good for those who are diabetic.
Hi Carol these are actually keto friendly as mentioned in the description box as they are sugar free. Both the brown sugar and maple syrup are from Lakanto. I ordered them online. Its called Lakanto Golden Brown and Lakanto Sugar free maple syrup
