I make something very similar but once cooled add 1/3 cup each of raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds, raw unsalted sunflower seeds and 1/4 cup of raisins or dried cranberries for something chewy. Delicious!

i add a couple of egg whites to the granola . protein plus and it gets more crunchy and more stuck together so its more of a granola from the supermarket . just without all the sugar and and all that

I usually have a smoothie bowl to break my fast. It finally dawned on me a few months ago, that I am incorporating the equivalent of a granola blend in the bottom, of my bowl: shaved, unsweetened coconut flakes, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and a tablespoon of hemp seeds, to add to the chew factor. Can't wait to give your recipe a sho😊

How did you know? Seriously, HOW did you know I needed this recipe?? 😂 I’ve been avoiding sugar for my weight loss goal and I’ve really been missing granola. This is perfect! Can’t wait to try it.

I made this for the first time today and wow! So much more enjoyable than sweetened granola. I tripled the recipe and used pecans, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and chia seeds with the cinnamon, salt and coconut oil. I served it over fage 5% Greek yogurt that I added a few drops of liquid monk fruit to and what a delicious dessert! I’m hooked! Totally going to try it with macadamia nuts next! I’d love if you shared your chocolate granola recipe too! I’m terrible at winging it, 😆.

Thanks, Autumn! Next time I make this I will tweak some things. Like stir in bowl before transferring to sheet pan. I like the way you prepared it. So nice to grab jar from fridge for instant topping.

Hi Autumn! :) This looks delicious!!! I have found after losing over 30 pounds at the age of 57, that saturated fat is my worst enemy. I gain weight so quickly when I eat it so nuts are a tough one for me!! I will try this for my teenagers, though! Hugs to you and your girlie!! :)

When you add cocoa and choc. chips, do you add the choc chips before baking or afterward, so they don't melt?

Autumn, you are a life saver! Not joking, I was just wanting a low-carb zero sugar granola just the other day (probably because I heard you talk about it), but you didn't have a recipe out and I was sad. I was so busy the last few days I didn't notice you posted this until now! Thank you!!!!! So excited 😍

    Tip little lady.
Turn your parchment paper over then it curls towards the bottom and you can easily flatten it. 👍
Luuuuurve your granola. I have it on my chia brekky bowls with blueberries etc. Delish ❤

So you claim to have a masters degree in nutrition but how can you be so un-aware of the dangers of OIL? As with many saturated fats, It's terribly un-healthy and very damaging to the endothelial lining of your arteries which is the first step in the development of heart disease, the leading cause of death of men and women for the past 100 years! So to anyone watching this video, please look for a granola recipe WITHOUT oil. There are plenty and they are delicious! It doesn't matter where the oil comes from, ALL OIL is 100% saturated fat and it is very un-healthy to consume only the isolated saturated fat of any food. Eating a whole peanut is fine, same for olives and many other foods because you are getting the whole package of fiber and other phyto-nutrients to aid in the digestion and absorption process. I could say a lot more, but for anyone who's interested in being healthy, the resources are out there, just know that this isn't one.

Use melted butter if you can't or don't like coconut oil. It's just to get fat content
