Airsoft at Georgina Paintball - Toxicant MWS MCX - Holy Warrior M800 Camera

Raw footage from the Holy Warrior M800 I stuck on a friend's helmet.
Overall video looks good. It doesn't do dynamic range all that well. When looking out into daylight from inside buildings, it's all washed out.

I just got the camera but i don t understand why even if i change the video quality it still stay the same. The 720p60fps is equal as the 4k60fps, can you help me?
