    I just don’t get it. My WD Elements external storage still does not show. In device manager I see it and it says ‘this device is working properly’ but I cannot see it on my pc and cannot open it. I need the files!!!

    My wd elements light indication is not showing so that device is not getting detected. I tried with different cables and different systems, still its not working

    When I go to wd discovery it says one drive import failed can you help me with this

    Hi there, I have another issue, Windonws 10 detects my WD 5TB Elements Portable USB Drive, but the WD Drive Utilities Software doesn't. How can I solve this problem? Thanks for your reply.

      Hi, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that WD Elements drive does not support the WD Security application, so it does not show the drive. However, you may use Windows inbuilt feature "BitLocker" or any third party application to encrypt the drive.
