Now with the credit card payment, I agree to separate your (daily) expenses from debt payment to not only minimize error inputs(less confusion) but to better track what debt is being paid off and how much expense is made per month for groceries or etc. if it makes sense. I think if you put just what is paying off the debt balance in the debt section, that would fix the issue. like you would still pay the $237 or whatever to cover your groceries but whatever is in the debt section is just what is on top of that. I hope that makes sense
Careful continuing to use a card that is carrying a balance for current charges like groceries. I think the interest accrues even on the new charges. Maybe not but it would be worth checking on.
Oooooo I didn’t even think about that! I’ll look into that and see how that works. Maybe that will be the last piece of research that will make me stop using my card all together lol
