Thank you for making this video! I totally overlooked the 2 by the electrical stuff.

Oo it seems very quiet while running. That's great! I'm looking to buy the same machine so this was very helpful. Thanks!

To be fair I removed the stock fan and upgraded to an inline fan. I have a walkthrough video if your interested.

This was exactly what I needed to know. How to get to the bolts, and how tall it was once removed. Does the base weigh a lot that you recall? Trying to figure out if removing it will also significantly reduce the weight so my husband and I can move it in without additional help.

It'll still be very heavy. Maybe 150lbs to 200lbs. If you're moving it across the room it may be fine, but twist and turning you'll definitely need two strong people. My wife couldn't help me so I called a friend. Even when we move it down my basement it was awkwardly heavy. Once we got to flat ground I stood it up tall on a flat furniture dolly from harbor freight and rolled it.

Thank you. We were able to move the 50w in a year ago which was just over 200lbs. It sounds like taking the base off may get us close to that. I'm going to go ahead and get one of those rolling carts you showed, to help squeeze it through the door frames. Thanks again for taking the time to post these helpful videos.

How did you get it down the stairs to your basement? Were you able to lift it with the help of a few people?

Once the base was removed, two strong people were able to carry it down the stairs. I had hard floors once down to the basement so I used a flat furniture dolly from Harbor Frieghts ($14) to move it on its end.

How much allowance would we need to leave behind, sides for the doors to open once we get it inside?

If you want to be able to open the back door completely, it's 8 inches in the back. For the side it's 12 inches because of the tube extension. But it will vary between different laser bodies.
