Can you make a video show how you upgraded the air compressor?

At that moment the chiller was off, so it had no fluid flow… which would be an error and would not be ready for operation. It just needs to be turned on. I have an external switch I use for the chiller and blower, so when I work on set up I can do it in without noise. You are going to love the machine!!.

I dig the video quality. Especially for your first "real" video. Keep it up!

lol, thanks... we actually produce about 40 videos a week for real estate and others, we have a podcast studio and a photo studio in Florida also.... I just never post anything on a personal you tube... it's not so much my thing. But this machine is a cool thing and a quick video to create..

Thanks for sharing, excellent video. I have the same red and black omtech machine as you do and I’m also looking to expanding to this machine, probably two of them. Nice to see one in action.

That's not terribly as expensive as I thought it would be. BUT... I got a 4x8 150w / 80w dual head machine for the same price. Only thing is I had to wait several weeks, deal with customs and arranging my own delivery etc, etc... But then again I had the space for a large machine. Getting a laser machine is awesome and will change your life, your workflow and open up so many possibilities!

Another trick you may want to try is a CO2 bottle or argon bottle from a welding supply store. Those gasses are not combustible, so no smoke. In my experience about $30 of compressed gas lasted a few months. Also the gas in the tank is silent, so no compressor noise.

Hello Tim, Loved the video! I also received my 80W PRO not really knowing what to expect apart from the fabulous video they had for the introduction on their website. Overall I am very pleased (and I have nothing to compare it to, this is my first baby).
Have you had a chance/need to use a chuck rotary, I'm having an issue and wanted to see if it was just me/mine or something larger. Jack

Awesome! Tilted sideways and the wheels removed, will it fit through a 29” door?

Have you seen some big upgrades from you older OMTech to the Pro? Is it at the level of what Thunder produces?

Can you make a video where you run the same exact job on both lasers. I want to see the speed and quality difference. I currently have 2 80watt 20x28 OMTech and am interested in upgrading.

Excellent video sir! My 3655 should be coming in soon so I hope to join the fun…just one question, why the red light on the front of the unit near the end of the video? I was under the impression that only turned red if you had an issue…thx

I see you have stained glass in the background. I wonder if the laser can cut it.

Does or can the base come off? Wondering if by removing the base I can turn it on it’s side to fit it in a 36 inch door.
