I understand why Disney panicked and swiftly fired Gunn. They surely don't want to deal with another Brian Singer situation. Let's hope the rumors turn out to be false; otherwise, it would be a massive blow for both Disney and Warner bros.
It would definitely be a huge blow. There are also rumors that Jonathan Majors has already been recast or fired, but they are waiting until after Loki season two to announce anything. But just rumors, so who knows.
