We have a Honda that is 25 years old, 2 others that are over 10-15. No problems but wear and tear items (brakes and occasional wheel bearings). Others may argue, but I'll stick with what has worked for me!
Will only buy kubota rtvs or john deere. Had a Polaris ranger xp 1000 when them came out and loved it a lot just didn't love the price. Best advice if you get a Polaris but a high test no slipheavy duty belt on it and keep the water brain for the belt drive open and all the problems go away. I only sold the xp1000 because the price tag was so high but now have a diesel kubota rtv and I will never go back
OH the sweet sound of a 4020!The calves look pretty nice. You cattle men need to build a good corral to load out cattle.Would make it a lot safer for the cattle and you.And yes I have been run over by beef cows more then a few times. It is worth the time and cost.Hope the calves gain well this summer.
We have a Polaris, it is awesome had for many years, it a older one. I know someone who has a Polaris side by side, it about 4 years old and it works awesome, other then a flat tire. P.s we have a 2 broke Honda quads siting in our heard that don't run
I never haul cows with calves on large scale. You run the risk of calves being injured, also build a loading chute. Lot safer for people and livestock.
hey test drive a polaris ranger 900 you will leave honda right away my family never liked any thing but honda either then we tried a ranger and we fell in love the ride better and have more power its up to you just letting you know
Polaris is not foe farming my Polaris lasted 5 months going over rocks and ruts Honda I have one that is like 4 years old and in perfect condition never been worked on
how many cow's and the like do you all own there ? I'VE never seen you answer a question yet will this be your 1st. something for me to ponder over in next few day's
Cows and calves can be a pain in the ass you done well with them and like you say it better to move cows with claves for they will break or jump a fence for I have seen it done once watched a cow standing and turning and walk though a fence needless to say she went to the slater house.
Really cannot beat a Honda, no matter how hard you try, although I do like several Kawi products, belted cattle never seem to get fair market value, lagging behind as much as .20 per pound, can't afford to feed them over winter, I have two around for color is about all.
We have a 1985 Honda three wheeler that still runs good a 2002 Honda four wheeler that still runs good then we have a pice of poop side by side by polarice
Honda's used to be great, but IMO they're just not as good as they used to be. Polaris has gotten far better than they used to be, but I won't buy another. I'm partial to Suzuki, they've been more indestructible than my buddies Hondas and Yamahas, but my next ATV will probably be a Can Am.
Price is subjective based on location. Furthermore, you don't know much about American farms if you think they primarily use gasoline powered equipment.

We have a Polaris that my dad bought in 1994, making it 22 years old, and it still runs strong
My dad bought a Polaris in 99 and it still runs.
We have the same Honda as you guys, just I think we have more options on it. Glad to see it!😊☺️
I have to say I love your advertisements that you do. They are so cool.
awesome video of what you have to do on the farm thanks from me and many others for showing how hard you work and what it is like on the farm.
Cow calf pairs separated will find there way through any fence to get reunited.
We had 80's and early 90's red and white Honda 3 wheelers of various models, those things were indestructible.
you should show them jumping the gate. that'd be the best part
I have to agree with you Ryan, on the Polaris statement. I am forever fixing a family friend's 700, that he using around a horse farm.
We have had a polaris ranger for 9 years now, it has had a few problems with bogging down. But other than that it works great
I still have a Honda 200sx that was my dads when he was 7 and I will only ever run Honda or Kawasaki as well they are very reliable
Loved watching the cows.

The older Hondas we had I loved them... but now Can am all the way!...
Honda is the best.... No belts
Exactly
we run a 5 strand fence to keep our Charolais and angus in the fence when weening

all gators & rangers in are area. people drive them everywhere. we did have a 85 Kawasaki 4 wheeler that ran forever.
We have a Polaris, it is awesome had for many years, it a older one. I know someone who has a Polaris side by side, it about 4 years old and it works awesome, other then a flat tire. P.s we have a 2 broke Honda quads siting in our heard that don't run

Honda is the only way to go.. They just run and run!
I have also had a calf get killed by getting stepped on by a cow in a tight packed trailer
Said it once, i'll say it again..thats one fine looking lady there..kudos Travis ;) :D
Yamahas are good machine too, We know a guy that has 13k on his 2011 and he hasnt had a problem

When are you going to get your own tractor?
hey test drive a polaris ranger 900 you will leave honda right away my family never liked any thing but honda either then we tried a ranger and we fell in love the ride better and have more power its up to you just letting you know

That's my favorite job to do
Do you ever do any hoof trimming/cleaning on your cows? I've seen it done in other videos.
how many cow's and the like do you all own there ? I'VE never seen you answer a question yet will this be your 1st.
something for me to ponder over in next few day's

In my area the belted galloways only bring like half of what angus brings at the sale, doesn't make any sense to me
The beef isn't nearly as good on a Galloway as an Angus that's why they bring more
i always thought the beef would be about the same, that's good to know its not
You must not be transporting very far. We put calves up front and moms in back so as not to trample babies.
I'm just a little curious, but why do you need someone or a vet to come work your cattle?
You should do another live steam
I would go with a Polaris 👍🏻👍🏻
Really cannot beat a Honda, no matter how hard you try, although I do like several Kawi products, belted cattle never seem to get fair market value, lagging behind as much as .20 per pound, can't afford to feed them over winter, I have two around for color is about all.
Are some of those cows belted galloways?
who's that cutie In the pink tank?
Ikr
She's Travis' fiancee.
She is HOT!
the cows grow fast
Do you have any belted galloways
Whoa... 5:56 I didn't know Pontiac made cows?
Shocking that the cattle didn't move very easily
hey man, how many cows does the cattle trailer hold?
you should get a canam four wheller
Am I the only one that washes my trailers out? Did I not get the memo or something?
We pressure wash our trailer cause it handles little calves and big steers so it needs a cleaning every so often
Clean ours every time of use
tom Parker yeah that's what I do. We have mostly livestock so our trailers get bad really quick
holy yy y
look at that shit packed floor
I've never seen such a shit packed floor. Where are these cow? If they're anywhere near me, I've eaten my last steak.
Do you use a gas or diesel pickup?
Irish calves even go threw fences
How many acres per cow in the pasture?
Where is the new tractor?
were any animals hurt during the making of this video!
How many acres of pasture do you have?
Would you consider getting a trailer that you can lower, so it's easier for them to get on and off? Like a Joskin Betimax for example?
Does Dad have a channel?
how much does a calf cost?

What breed of cow are the ones with the white strip in the middle.

Possibly Belted Galloways, but a pure bred one is black with a white belt.
+Pigman Boy not at all a Holstein
+argyll1952 there is red belted Galloway's
