PR'd today 17:27 5km w sore legs from xfit squat lifting. 4 minutes from Olympic A standard and 4 minutes 35s from beating you. PS I did your warm up thing and the straight leg to high knee to run is my new favorite TY Soo much for the video. Keep up the good work.
Thank you Mo. Please please add a vid of your daily meals you eat on a regular basis. Also some running techniques would be really useful such as forefoot striking, posture and arm position/movement. You are very inspirational
Thanks you Mo Farah. You inspired me to be a runner. I run a 10:15 2 mile rn in high school and I’m looking to break 10:00 min this season. I promise I’m gonna work as hard as you and I will never give. I’m coming for your records Mr. Farah.
For someone who is really into the science of running, a slow motion video of you running on a treadmill from a few different angles at a few different paces would be awesome. Even though it's different for everyone, seeing the way your feet strike the ground and your legs drive at different levels of effort/speed might really help someone trying to streamline their form and technique.
You are a best man! I just wanted to tell you that bro, you are my role model, you are one of the athletes who inspire me the most to keep training and pushing myfelf to be better I'm a big fan of you. Greetings from Mexico
I had the exact problem with pegasus rubbing against my achilles. People around me told me I was crazy when I suggested I should cut my shoes so they won't rub. This video will prove them wrong!
Some insight into diet and the impact of your form/running technique would be awesome! We all really appreciate having a professional share their experience with community, i salute you Sir Mo!
Thanks Mo your.my youtube coach when I started started running your always be my motivational coach, By the way I have mo coach here its just me alone when I see your videos I follow what you say thanks Mo
Thanks Mo hope you all the best. I just hope that you could make a video about some advices to new runners who want to be pros in the future and what are the best trainings that can help and get to that level of intensity.
As others have said, these are great. For further videos, topics could be diet / nutrition during the day and running form, as well as some of your best "behind-the-scenes" stories of training and racing successfully for so many years! Keep 'em coming, Mo!
Quickest way to get a fast pace is do 100m fast 50m jog for 45 min and 6x200-300m with a 30 sec rest then a time trial once a week 1500m-5km. Train at race pace if 3min a km 36sec per 200m then aim at 9min for 3km time trial
If you're on a budget perhaps try buying 2 pairs of the same shoe (shoes you know you like) and rotate every other run. It tends to make both shoes last much longer then if you bought one and wear it until it needs to be replaced. Your running experience and style may be different. I over pronate (flatfoot/dropped arch) and wear down one side of the heal quickly and its often wet where I live/run. I run usually mainlanders run 7.5 miles weekly, 6-20 miles weekly depending on what I'm training for. It seems to help more when I'm really clocking in a lot of miles and not some much when I'm sitting at 9 or less a week. Just random advice from an old guy.
A video on improving your foot strike (not heel striking) would be awesome and a great help, loving the videos and content you're getting out, its pure awesome, :)
hi from India, sir mo Farah I am a big fan of you these shoes are awesome I definitely buy these I want to know when will you come to India because in India there are a lot of fans of you
YO, MO FARAH i love your video, your video always inspirational, motivating and educated I just want to to ask can you make a video about injury prevention and tips on how to run longer,.thanks MO Farah
Nice Video Mo! Can you make a Video of your Nutrition. Maybe your daily eating while your in a training camp or idk. Do something about Nutrition as an athlete pls!
Man, I want to be able to run in Nikes. I've yet to find any that fit me well, and it breaks my heart. I have wanted the Vomero to work for years, and it never does. Cool to know about the back, though. Never thought about cutting them.
Great to see you sharing on TH-cam! I would be interested to know what kind of interval training would be best to improve a 5K time. I'm doing 6 x 800 at moment and trying to get rest down to 1 min.
Do you not use a variety of trainers for different sessions? You should do a video of all the ones you use... Track, treadmill, trail, road. Ones for speed sessions. Ones for racing etc.
Thank you Mo how about sharing a strength training video ??? And I'm so going to get your autograph I've been trying for over 2 years but I'll get there :)
What can you do to help improve your form? My knees hit each other once in a while when I don't pay attention to my legs during a run. What kind of core work should be done and should it be daily or every other day?
Great video's. How do you prepare nutritionally the days leading up to a long race? I recently race a 50 miler and really suffered with a lack of energy which I put down to poor food prep/loading the week before.
I’m from Japan. Thank you for the video. I have zoom pegasus 34 and plan to cut achilles because I injured my achilles. How do I make the achilles-cut pegasus by hand?
Heya Mo, thank you so much for doing these videos! What do you do on your long runs/races when you're getting tired and your form is starting to come apart, to stay focused on and maintaining good running form? Do you just think about your drills? Or your breathing? Or the way your legs feel? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you for the videos!! Can you share your program (training, diet, physio, races if any, etc) for the first few weeks after coming off of a break from training?? -- Thanks!!
Hello Mo I hope all is well. I would like to know if you have any video of you first starting out. If so can you post segments of the race of the training that you did back then in your teens of pre-teens.
Hi Mo. Since I started running 4 years ago Pegasus has become my go to shoe. It’s prefect for me up to half marathon distance but anything past that I have to go for a more cushioned type
How do you cut the back of your shoes? I had the same problem with the Achilles' tendon, and I feel to cut the back of the shoe will help a lot. Can you do a Video about how to do that. Greetings from Mexico
Thanks MO. Can you tell Nike to make more of your shoes! Sold out quick here in Canada (NikeStore). Other than that I follow everything Mo so all good.
So you use the current Pegasus but customized with a shorter heel collar. Do you use them daily or do you use a same style but different shoe on your next run?
Hey Mo, would you recommend using the same shoe in the threadmill against road runs?, it is a lot easier to run in threadmill rather than on the road on my opinion.

You are the one the best runner of this century. God bless. I get motivated by watching your marathon videos.
Mo is the man. He inspires people even when just casually talking about his running shoes.
Maybe do some tips for how to mentally get through certain sessions--tempo runs, track workouts, long runs-- what is your mindset going into sessions?
You are a best man!

Well that was amazing farah
A video on improving your foot strike (not heel striking) would be awesome and a great help, loving the videos and content you're getting out, its pure awesome, :)
Lean forward from the ankle when running and do not over-stride are the main factors that can prevent that problem.
Love these videos, they’re so useful!🏃♀️

These Pegasus were closer to Downshifters which are just perfect if what you want is running without a statement
Hi sir. How about telling us what diet and meal plans must be followed to run faster with less stress and fatigue
Absolute legend
Mo how do you deal with mental stress before a race, like how do you get prepared mentally for a race?
i love this, "Nike were like 'mate! we can make them look good'"
Have you thought about running in some minimalist shoes, which are really flexible, have zero drop?
Thank you Mo how about sharing a strength training video ??? And I'm so going to get your autograph I've been trying for over 2 years but I'll get there :)

So you use the current Pegasus but customized with a shorter heel collar. Do you use them daily or do you use a same style but different shoe on your next run?
The best runners in the world apparently use a forefoot strike, and they appear to not use minimalist running shoes.
Wait wtf 4 weeks. I've been using the same shoes from almost 2 years...
well, he runs a lot more than us. 2 years too :)
Hey Mo, would you recommend using the same shoe in the threadmill against road runs?, it is a lot easier to run in threadmill rather than on the road on my opinion.
Hello sir we would like to see a video series for beginners on long distance running
Sir ,muhhmad Farah is king of race 😚🙏😚
