I found your channel about 4 years ago(?) when lockdown was enforced. The first video I watched was ofc about who ENTJ is. Since then my life began to change, I began to understand how I think, how to handle cover contracts, how to deal with my Alzheimer's (lmao), how to regulate my emotions & behavior so that other people are comfortable around me. I'm grateful that I found your video when I was still young, so I can immediately improve myself. I hope more people understand the importance of your lectures, because I think the world could really be better. I'm an INTP female and my partner is an ENTJ and it truly is wonderful. He is very protective and I respect him a lot. It is like we have our own ecosystem of our relationship as we define the terms of it. He's made me so much more intelligent by providing me with real-world input & opportunities to apply my intelligence. One time he got upset and told me it would be a great problem to him if my depression made me negligent about my safety and well-being and made me promise I wouldn't be like that for the sake of him and it was very eye-opening for me as I never thought of it that way, that my depression was about him and not just me.
Hey there. ENTJ woman here. I almost never comment on videos. However, I’d like to just say thank you for this video. I don’t think it’s realized enough, but this video really paints a picture for what these two types require in a relationship. I’ve only met and dated one INTP in my life, and ever since the breakup, I never quite understood what went wrong. This video highlights on something very important, and it’s the fact that it really does fall on the INTP’s openness. The main problem in my previous relationship was that he was obsessed with feeling like a “man”. He called me too stubborn, not agreeable enough, too much, etc. However, what’s interesting is that this behavior only showed up in arguments. He never acted this way until triggered, meaning he was perfectly fine letting me take the lead. Only, his insecurities surface every time I do try to support him (meaning it hinted towards, most likely, an avoidant attachment) He doesn’t allow himself to admit that he wants me in that way, afraid of vulnerability. The relationship would have looked SO different if he wasn’t so obsessed with what he was told he needs to be. He’s insecure, because what he’s been told he needs to be does not align with who he is. Then I’d express my upset, only for him to feel GUILT and then avoid me even more! Crazy! Anyway, thanks for this video! It’s given me clarity and understanding. Also, one more thing: though our relationship didn’t go in the direction I had hoped for, it was indeed the one I found the most potential in. It was the one I felt the most myself in and had the highest empathy for someone in. I’m normally really indifferent to most people, but he had me care for him in ways no one else could. It’s why it took me a long time to leave. I genuinely wanted him better, but obviously not at the cost of my own sanity.
I'm an INTP male who spent 10 years with my ESFJ girlfriend before she dumped me. I then got into a whirlwind fling with an ENTJ. This video is too accurate and I feel called out on so many levels.
@@dillonmason4503 Not lazy, I was actually working my ass off and wanted her to have more depth and ambition but she wanted that nice, comfortable life without depth. The mismatch then degraded us and we both kinda checked out so she eventually cut the chord. Due to our mismatch I stopped feeling connected with her and lacked showing affection so you could see that as being 'lazy' I guess.
Excellent, as an ENTJ woman, I’ve always wondered about this. I’ve been married a very long time to an ISFJ. There is stability but I’ve always felt unappreciated because they don’t exactly speak up. I hope people listen to your sage advice. I’m naturally curious and think that understanding personality is extremely helpful in all avenues of life. Thank you!
Great video, but it just annoys me that people only see the INTPs who waste their lives on video games and not those who are minting money in Silicon Valley or discovering groundbreaking things in Academia. There's a LOT of NTPs there to be stereotyped.
I mean, we also dont have to go to extremes in the other direction. Some of us are just middle class tech or trade workers or working towards that sort of thing.
I'm glad that I took the time to research sex and get some bad experiences out the way early on in my adulthood. I figured out that I would like to please woman in the bedroom and took the initiative to try to perform. Of course, with my first few experiences, I wasn't able to be comfortable, so they ended poorly. I dated an Enfj who I was compatible with, causing me to be more comfortable in what I like and what makes others feel good. I still haven't met a female ENTJ around my age. Haha, my great ENTJ friend loves art, both making it and surrounding himself with it. I (INTP) love appreciating his talents and helping him improve his processes exactly as you describe. He used to be very greed minded but has grown to become one of the most generous people I know. Also had a dynamic duo situation with another ENTJ boss I had for 18 years, we were unstoppable. The only ENTJ female I was ever aware of, sat next to me in middle school and picked on me mercilessly. I only realize in hindsight what that meant... She married my wife's Doctor who I highly suspect is ISFJ... I married an ENFJ and I will say that your point on that relationship is not exactly true, only because communication and learning and growing is KEY in such a relationship. Learning to get in touch with Fi is not easy... but can be done. We have both grown as a result and couldn't imagine a better situation. But making up as you suggest is pretty good too.
I am ENTJ and have a INTP friend who is like you described plus on top of that extremely disagreeable he tells that he wants a INFP girl to dominate. Meanwhile he is not capable of having a relationship or to maintain a lifestyle. Eventually he blocked me because i was becoming entrepreneurial and he started to hate on me for doing that. I dated a INTP girl who became obsessed with me and it creeped me out.. but as you said there is to much problems that make me not attracted to them. Im now in a relationship with a INFP for 2 years going absolutely wonderful
As an INTP whom has been married to an INTJ for years, I do find this video to be very useful and informative. He may not be my golden pair, -my silver pair; but is an NT pragmatic regardless, and with us it is still “anything goes”.

Could you make something regarding what INTP Women click with besides ENTJ men? Honestly despite being young all of this is overwhelming. I have met a few ENTJ (seriously, they tend to bring themselves to me whenever I’m doing the most random things. What seems to summon them is a good dress and unique but fitting fragrances (they always tell me that they love my hourglass figure and my perfume). 😂 The kicker is that they’re always married. The ENTJs are NEVER single, at least the men. For some reason I attract ESTPs, INTJs, and ESTJs a lot as well; my friends say it’s because for an INTP woman I run more glamorous (I just adopted that because I liked it and noted my looks suited such presentation); that I am conventionally feminine if not extremely so while being reserved and brainy. I am proud to say I don’t have to do ANYTHING for the more desirable men to show up but yeah, the guys I click with or that tend to come to me tend to be taken or committed (most of them proposing to take me as a mistress/sugar baby. One ENTJ, the ceo of a hospital affiliated with the university I work at as a scientist has a habit of sending me $$$$ checks, unusual but on the mark for my personality gifts, flowers, plants). I have not slept with him or the sort, I just talk to him about whatever randomness pops up as I figured I wouldn’t be his type (he’s a blond, I’m a multiracial Latina). He calls me “Bond Girl” out of his saying I remind him of them. I deduced recently that I attract the men with the shark-like personalities the most (ESTJ-ESTP-ENTJ-INTJ-ENFJ-ISTP). The other types don’t even bother and mostly grumble something about my being too “costly” or their not being rich enough, smart enough, my being too eye catching would mean men will constantly test me so not “wife” material and I attract the types of guys that are more reactive; other men tend to make themselves more invisible whenever one of the 6 that I singled out makes a beeline for me. My friends say my looks and this triggering the more “competent” guys to come to me succeeds in scaring other men off who automatically assume they don’t stand a chance from not being able to outdo the sharks. This does make me feel bad because it’s lonely and the sharks are seldom if ever single. I want a guy to myself and to love at my convenience. How am I supposed to go rest the other personalities when they tell me I’m too intimidating or that my looks with my personality and the sort this attracts makes the guys feel like I’d be a risky investment. How would you approach this? It would be greatly appreciated as our type is assumed to be softer men and focused on them but this leaves us women hanging. It’s kind of sad how we get cruxed out of the ring as if we don’t know what to do and want to do it but I also admit I don’t get along with every type. The types I attract the most overwhelm me, ESTJs, INTJ, and ESTP, where they get downright competitive even fawning over my looks but I don’t seem to know how to connect with them except perhaps honoring the lust. The tension I get from them reacting to me is kinda thrilling. I can feel they practically want to plow me into the ground which at first I didn’t care for but then some of them show up all stylish, clean, well groomed, wearing a nice cologne and then the ovaries remind me they have job. 😅This makes me panic and mute up which these two types hate so I never move forward. Of all of these I can find ESTP in the wild the most but they can be extremely sensitive and it takes them a minute to figure out what I’m trying to say. ENTJs read me to perfection so do ESTJs. Please help me!
Normally you'd wanna focus on bronze (natural), silver (respect) and golden (affectionate) pairs, which are, in order: ESFPs, INTJs, ENTJs. ESTPs are compatible with their perceiving functions (Se x Si), but you'd get a similar thrill going for ESFPs if you want that (both are Se Heroes). However with ESFPs your judging functions align as well (Ti x Te) while with ESTPs they do not. ESTJs are the opposite, judging functions align but not perception ones. That's why they "get you" but you feel like they lack something. ENTJs on the other side (Te heroes as well) have the perception functions aligning as well as the judging ones. CS Joseph normally advises that the most important thing in a relationship is perception functions aligning, but on paper you'd wanna go for all of them aligning.
Hello, Joseph, and thanks for the video! Can you explain the ENTJ rage tendencies. All ENTJs I have met seemed to have anger issues and didn't even bother to try to control or hide their rage. (This anger is normally provoked by completely insignificant things, life situations and people). I love this type but I can't stand rageaholics and uncontrolled anger. They look like scary Teddy bears you never know how far they will go when angry or irritated.
Oh yes on behalf of us, my condolences. Before my brain could fully mature I was very very susceptible to my blackout rage. You cannot reach us through reason at this age in this state. It sucks but there’s no way I would have been convinced I wasn’t justified and the more I was told otherwise the further necks be brooooken. Once matured my advice for fellow ENTJs the key to every answer is perspective. Find the data by starting your analysis at the beginning and empathetically reeeelate. This pacified my rages into pretty radicalized compaction. Utilizing that power rage into righteous action. Furthermore I very very much agree with @johnsmith26185. For me I’ll never not do this and it does still annoy ppl sometimes but we’re just being correct too soon for ppl I know it lol let us beeee that beeetch. Lolol I’m just happy with age I figured out to use it more based on each interpersonal experience in pursuit of knowledge
I have met two entjs at work. The First one was using blackmail and brought rumors about me. So I left the company. The second one was my boss and he fired me in one month without any reasonable reason. I met couple entjs in life but there wasn’t anything big about them. We had small conversation and nothing else. Landlord of the apartment is Entj and I don’t trust him, he looks suspicious and I’m afraid that he scams me. I’m intp and I want to find entj friend so I see how golden relationship looks in the reality. At this moment I prefer Intjs and Infjs much more than these.
I can't believe the amount of insight he has about relationships. I can only speak as an INTP-A. I've NEVER heard anyone else speak with this amount of correct information about INTP's. Not only the good. But also all of the bad. Everyday I struggle with who I was for most of my life. By addressing certain issues or flaws within my personality, I have to remember to apply all the little nuance actions suggested. I tried to find out how can INTP be hedonistic because my mum would say that I'm masochistic :D. I have a lot of constructive habits. But the habitual behaviour combined with the fact that free time is mostly used for pleasant activities can cause addictions. I was also surprised that INTP is hedonistic because with Fi demon INTP doesn't care how he feels (and then I hear: INTP: if it feels good=> do it) and also there's Si discipline. But at the same time low Ni willpower which is weird. It sounds more likely that a person has both willpower and discipline or none of them and is lazy (or it's possible to have only discipline- do your work and then not to have any goals- because you can't avoid work). I have Si associated with carefullness, conscientiousness and attention to detail. But as a child I used to play video games all day. Why? - Because I was a child and I didn't have a purpose- so INTP like this would be hedonistic. Also if I compare Se doms and Si doms, Se doms are those who go to parties, socialize, spend a lot of money on pleasant things and activities- drinking, shopping...- They do what They want in the moment so They procrastinate their duties and They think They will do them also in the (final) moment. So my ISFJ mother does my Se dom brother's duties because he wouldn't do them at all. I would expect ESFP with instant gratification to be hedonistic. I want sounds more likely to be pleasant, I should is more likely to be unpleasant when you scream- NO, I don't wanna do that!- but you force yourself to do that. I associate Si comfort more with a comfort zone and having fear of getting out of comfort zone- for example Fe inferior- fear of talking to people. Or Si can be fear of change, fear of risks...

ENTJ woman here. On & off relationship with an INTP male for a year. Took a year break & We both have figured out our egos & frequency is so similar we became competitors constantly. my best buddy is an ENTJ and I am INTP we stopped talking to each other because it was just shadow vs shadow. He was a dogmatic INTP shadow and I am a commanding dismissive general shadow and it was not a healthy relationship.

My uncle is an INTP married to an ESFP. She tells him why is it always an argument every time I want us to do something! He her do what she wants as long as he doesn't have to do anything. This frustrates us. We want to do good with our spouse. Think about it NTPs. 😅
Come back to figure what went wrong with the ENTJ I'm dealing with. So basically he got all depressed with his present circumstances, then refused my help because he doesn't believe in the system I use. The 2nd time I nudged he finally revealed to me, with his very annoying Ne critic, that he thinks that the system I use is false (gosh the Ni jumping to conclusions is so frustrating) and perhaps immoral (silly Fi inferior geez). This came off as insanely arrogant to me as he doesn't even know about my system and now is being all judgy about it. So I took Chase's advice and went all out to criticize his narrow mindedness and he's now engaging in avoidant behaviour. I chalk it up to low self awareness. Waiting for him to get his shit together, stop engaging in pathetic self pity and stop sabotaging his relationships. Anyway, going on my 10 day meditation retreat to discipline my mind. My ENTJ shadow says I don't have time for losers who can't get their act together and I deserve way better treatment (words that came out of that ENTJ's mouth lol). Fi self acceptance, amirite? sounds complicated, she is going in moralistic esfj superego mode and excepts you to meet her in your purehearted isfp superego mode, you can change your present but not tour past, try to be more lovable and simpathetic, get rid of pride entirely and accept and embrace the sensation of vulnerability, i did that with a INFJ that was criticising the way our relationship felt apart because of my immorality, apathy and idleness.

@@e4jam not at all. This is in fact an abstract criticism of the metaphor of Ne being water and Ni being fire not aligning with the idea of Ne giving Ni what it wants. Water and fire aren't synergistic like orbit functions are meant to be, they're in fact contradictory.

She just left my place and when she gets home tonight I’m going over there. I don’t think MBTI is to blame for being bored of certain people. It’s possible to just not have things in common.

It may sound like I move fast, but as I like to say, “When you start dating me you’re engaged and you just don’t know it yet.”😂 By the end of the month we’ll be living together. We already agreed to a prenup. We had a pretty serious fight over the weekend. Best fight I’ve ever been in. She was real sad and mad. She apologized, as she should have because I was right. She didn’t push me away. She let me hold her. Took me a minute to figure out why she was still so upset. Communication issue. Once I understood I was like, I’m sorry too then, because I misinterpreted the meaning of what she said. We kinda had another one today too. Another communication issue, but it ended with me saying, “I’m actually giving you more detail than you’re asking for, and I’m not going to answer in the way you are desiring me to.” She had to let it go. She needed to donate some toys to Goodwill. I took her to do that, got her a salad, and we came back to my place, hung out for a minute, then she went home. She FaceTimed me before she got home to keep her awake, took a nap in her garage because she was exhausted, then immediately called me after she got up and got ready for bed. Then she stayed on the phone with me until she fell asleep, which is what she normally does if we’re not together. She’s a real one too. I have almost no furniture at my place ( long story), but she’s a trooper. She’ll sit and sleep on the floor with me. Cooks and brings me food almost every day. We actually watched this video together by accident and it sparked a real cool conversation. Both of us were raised pretty traditionally, so the feminist theme doesn’t play a big part for us. Definitely part of the reason we hit it off. It was my kind assertiveness that got her. Which are you and did you find yourself one?
@@exnihilonihilfit6316 wow, this thing deleted my super long reply. Gotta love censorship. We’re engaged is how it’s going. She just dropped off my breakfast at work. We had a fight over the weekend. Best fight I’ve ever had. She apologized first, admitted she was wrong, and didn’t push me away, letting me hold her at points where I wanted to, while we were talking. My ex before her was an INFJ, which is what people usually call my golden pair. There was definitely magic there, but this is better.
A lot of intp men are monks in this current society. I don’t think it’s because they don’t want an intimate relationship but rather the cost/benefit analysis of being in a long term marital type relationship in the western world for them isn’t worth the effort given the cost. They don’t want to geomax by moving to another country either to find love so they just choose to remain celibate being apathetic to intimate romantic relationships. That could actually change if a woman saw value in them and took the effort to invest. You appear to be a woman so I’m mainly talking about the male intp/female entj (the dynamic is probably somewhat different between and Entj male/intp female). I have an intp son so I relate to him as his cheerleader. He’s a brilliant guy (and fairly successful) but he’s disinterested in western romantic relationships for the reasons I described on top of the fact he works long hours and his time is limited and precious to him.
ENTJs can be 🔥 firey conquering and make NTPs uncomfortable feeling unsafe at first. I suggest he seek out friends he can care for who want to value him. All he literally has to do is say I think you should love me because... and an NTJ will want to consider them as a lover. ENTJs don't waste their time in relationships.
womans sense of love is too shallow for men who see it as simply a trade of work or protection for sex. Most relationships we see are shallow and built on lies. My mother in law is an INFJ and she has no compassion for her husband who is suffering from onset dementia. My guardian grandmother is speaking about finding a new man after my grandfather dies as if he is already gone, while he does everything for her. Its scary to see that a man gets used up in a servantile way with nothing to cling to. Child support and divorce benefiting women etc alone is scary enough.
@@Christie1127 my ENTJ friend is a disabled veteran who had a kid with a single mother who I assume is an ENFJ or INFJ and he is so scared of her because of his super ego being a guardian. His own ego is locked. He sits doing stuff for others at the detriment to himself. He plays video games and seeks drugs and alcohol in his subconscious which is an adventurer. I as an INTP understand this but its the opposite of my stack. I become reliant and helpful in my sub and I love to adventure or radically change things with my super ego. I am at home doing yard work and organizing when I am in my subconscious guardian. I assume his TI nemesis from his INTP shadow is whats keeping him in the prison he has made for himself.
@@boulderingbadger6179 Your experiences are anecdotal and I can’t deny such women exist but I was married 43 years before my husband succumbed to cancer (and was completely monogamous just to him...married at 23). I will admit many women can be quite pragmatic when it comes to romantic relationships (the idea of romantic love originally came from the brains of men not women...at least in poetry, writings or in theater such as Shakespeare etc). However women can form deep pair bonding relationships with men and not all women are as callous as you describe. I had 4 children with my husband and took care of my husband for about 3 years with stage 4 prostate cancer(over a year completely bedridden) and over half of those years he was quite immobile and needed constant care. He was a large man as well at around 6ft8 and for a relatively petite old lady like myself it was very difficult both physically and mentally. I would work on his muscles, massage him, help him to the toilet, and other things I’m sure few people would do for others except for people they truly love (over and over again day after day). I also received injuries from taking care of such a large man. My right shoulder was ripped from its arm socket helping him with all my physical exertion and despite the rehab it is still not right to this day (I also have a weak left shoulder on top of the damaged right one from all the repeated abuse I put on them helping my husband). However if anyone’s asked me if I would do anything different I would say no. He was with me through thick and thin for 43 years and gave me 4 beautiful children. I would do it all over again for my husband and life partner. In other words not all women are like you describe. It sounds like they have a major lack of the ability to pair bond. While it might be more prevalent with women, men often have this issue as well. Mental health and the ability to have deep meaningful relationships and strong bonds is a human problem in general that affects both men and women.
I could not be in a relationship with ENTJ. There's a little chemistry, but for the most part they seem dull and shallow and pushy. idk about this 'golden pair' stuff Chase...lol
There’s a huge contradiction here: if this pair can’t easily get together then it’s only a golden pair on your paper. You are merely talking about an abstract idea that you yourself admit can barely ever materialize.
It's difficult to get it going, but once you manage to get in a relationship it's smooth sailing from then on (or as smooth as you can get with an ENTJ lmao) t. INTP in a relationship with an ENTJ
There is no contradiction if you take human nurture and society into consideration. They would naturally get together well and fast, but the current environment messes this natural dynamic up. He might be wrong, but there is no contradiction.

ENTJs are typicallly in real state conventions, seminars, things where you can improve yourself or positions of leadership. I don’t think it’s realized enough, but this video really paints a picture for what these two types require in a relationship.
I’ve only met and dated one INTP in my life, and ever since the breakup, I never quite understood what went wrong.
This video highlights on something very important, and it’s the fact that it really does fall on the INTP’s openness. The main problem in my previous relationship was that he was obsessed with feeling like a “man”. He called me too stubborn, not agreeable enough, too much, etc. However, what’s interesting is that this behavior only showed up in arguments. He never acted this way until triggered, meaning he was perfectly fine letting me take the lead. Only, his insecurities surface every time I do try to support him (meaning it hinted towards, most likely, an avoidant attachment) He doesn’t allow himself to admit that he wants me in that way, afraid of vulnerability.
The relationship would have looked SO different if he wasn’t so obsessed with what he was told he needs to be. He’s insecure, because what he’s been told he needs to be does not align with who he is.
Then I’d express my upset, only for him to feel GUILT and then avoid me even more! Crazy!
Anyway, thanks for this video! It’s given me clarity and understanding.
Also, one more thing: though our relationship didn’t go in the direction I had hoped for, it was indeed the one I found the most potential in. It was the one I felt the most myself in and had the highest empathy for someone in. I’m normally really indifferent to most people, but he had me care for him in ways no one else could. It’s why it took me a long time to leave. I genuinely wanted him better, but obviously not at the cost of my own sanity.

@@dillonmason4503 Not lazy, I was actually working my ass off and wanted her to have more depth and ambition but she wanted that nice, comfortable life without depth. The mismatch then degraded us and we both kinda checked out so she eventually cut the chord.
Due to our mismatch I stopped feeling connected with her and lacked showing affection so you could see that as being 'lazy' I guess.
Excellent, as an ENTJ woman, I’ve always wondered about this. I’ve been married a very long time to an ISFJ. There is stability but I’ve always felt unappreciated because they don’t exactly speak up. I'm glad that I took the time to research sex and get some bad experiences out the way early on in my adulthood. Haha, my great ENTJ friend loves art, both making it and surrounding himself with it. I (INTP) love appreciating his talents and helping him improve his processes exactly as you describe. He used to be very greed minded but has grown to become one of the most generous people I know. Also had a dynamic duo situation with another ENTJ boss I had for 18 years, we were unstoppable. The only ENTJ female I was ever aware of, sat next to me in middle school and picked on me mercilessly. I only realize in hindsight what that meant... She married my wife's Doctor who I highly suspect is ISFJ...
I married an ENFJ and I will say that your point on that relationship is not exactly true, only because communication and learning and growing is KEY in such a relationship. Learning to get in touch with Fi is not easy... but can be done. We have both grown as a result and couldn't imagine a better situation. But making up as you suggest is pretty good too.

ENTJ female: looking forward to it. Found an INFP and it was pretty nice but I look forward to and INTP.
Could you make something regarding what INTP Women click with besides ENTJ men? Honestly despite being young all of this is overwhelming. I have met a few ENTJ (seriously, they tend to bring themselves to me whenever I’m doing the most random things. What seems to summon them is a good dress and unique but fitting fragrances (they always tell me that they love my hourglass figure and my perfume). 😂 The kicker is that they’re always married. The ENTJs are NEVER single, at least the men. For some reason I attract ESTPs, INTJs, and ESTJs a lot as well; my friends say it’s because for an INTP woman I run more glamorous (I just adopted that because I liked it and noted my looks suited such presentation); that I am conventionally feminine if not extremely so while being reserved and brainy. I am proud to say I don’t have to do ANYTHING for the more desirable men to show up but yeah, the guys I click with or that tend to come to me tend to be taken or committed (most of them proposing to take me as a mistress/sugar baby. One ENTJ, the ceo of a hospital affiliated with the university I work at as a scientist has a habit of sending me $$$$ checks, unusual but on the mark for my personality gifts, flowers, plants). I have not slept with him or the sort, I just talk to him about whatever randomness pops up as I figured I wouldn’t be his type (he’s a blond, I’m a multiracial Latina). He calls me “Bond Girl” out of his saying I remind him of them.
I deduced recently that I attract the men with the shark-like personalities the most (ESTJ-ESTP-ENTJ-INTJ-ENFJ-ISTP). The other types don’t even bother and mostly grumble something about my being too “costly” or their not being rich enough, smart enough, my being too eye catching would mean men will constantly test me so not “wife” material and I attract the types of guys that are more reactive; other men tend to make themselves more invisible whenever one of the 6 that I singled out makes a beeline for me. My friends say my looks and this triggering the more “competent” guys to come to me succeeds in scaring other men off who automatically assume they don’t stand a chance from not being able to outdo the sharks. This does make me feel bad because it’s lonely and the sharks are seldom if ever single. I want a guy to myself and to love at my convenience. How am I supposed to go rest the other personalities when they tell me I’m too intimidating or that my looks with my personality and the sort this attracts makes the guys feel like I’d be a risky investment.
How would you approach this? It would be greatly appreciated as our type is assumed to be softer men and focused on them but this leaves us women hanging. It’s kind of sad how we get cruxed out of the ring as if we don’t know what to do and want to do it but I also admit I don’t get along with every type. The types I attract the most overwhelm me, ESTJs, INTJ, and ESTP, where they get downright competitive even fawning over my looks but I don’t seem to know how to connect with them except perhaps honoring the lust. The tension I get from them reacting to me is kinda thrilling. I can feel they practically want to plow me into the ground which at first I didn’t care for but then some of them show up all stylish, clean, well groomed, wearing a nice cologne and then the ovaries remind me they have job. 😅This makes me panic and mute up which these two types hate so I never move forward. Of all of these I can find ESTP in the wild the most but they can be extremely sensitive and it takes them a minute to figure out what I’m trying to say. ENTJs read me to perfection so do ESTJs.

Normally you'd wanna focus on bronze (natural), silver (respect) and golden (affectionate) pairs, which are, in order: ESFPs, INTJs, ENTJs.
ESTPs are compatible with their perceiving functions (Se x Si), but you'd get a similar thrill going for ESFPs if you want that (both are Se Heroes). However with ESFPs your judging functions align as well (Ti x Te) while with ESTPs they do not.
ESTJs are the opposite, judging functions align but not perception ones. That's why they "get you" but you feel like they lack something. ENTJs on the other side (Te heroes as well) have the perception functions aligning as well as the judging ones.
CS Joseph normally advises that the most important thing in a relationship is perception functions aligning, but on paper you'd wanna go for all of them aligning.

Hello, Joseph, and thanks for the video! Can you explain the ENTJ rage tendencies. All ENTJs I have met seemed to have anger issues and didn't even bother to try to control or hide their rage. (This anger is normally provoked by completely insignificant things, life situations and people).
I love this type but I can't stand rageaholics and uncontrolled anger. They look like scary Teddy bears you never know how far they will go when angry or irritated.
It comes from Se, they have to react in the moment. It usually goes away soon tho.
Oh yes on behalf of us, my condolences. Before my brain could fully mature I was very very susceptible to my blackout rage. You cannot reach us through reason at this age in this state. It sucks but there’s no way I would have been convinced I wasn’t justified and the more I was told otherwise the further necks be brooooken. Once matured my advice for fellow ENTJs the key to every answer is perspective. Find the data by starting your analysis at the beginning and empathetically reeeelate. This pacified my rages into pretty radicalized compaction. Utilizing that power rage into righteous action. Furthermore I very very much agree with @johnsmith26185. For me I’ll never not do this and it does still annoy ppl sometimes but we’re just being correct too soon for ppl I know it lol let us beeee that beeetch. Lolol I’m just happy with age I figured out to use it more based on each interpersonal experience in pursuit of knowledge

I have met two entjs at work. The First one was using blackmail and brought rumors about me. So I left the company. The second one was my boss and he fired me in one month without any reasonable reason. I met couple entjs in life but there wasn’t anything big about them. We had small conversation and nothing else. Landlord of the apartment is Entj and I don’t trust him, he looks suspicious and I’m afraid that he scams me. I’m intp and I want to find entj friend so I see how golden relationship looks in the reality. At this moment I prefer Intjs and Infjs much more than these.

I can't believe the amount of insight he has about relationships. I can only speak as an INTP-A. I've NEVER heard anyone else speak with this amount of correct information about INTP's. Not only the good. But also all of the bad. Everyday I struggle with who I was for most of my life. By addressing certain issues or flaws within my personality, I have to remember to apply all the little nuance actions suggested. I tried to find out how can INTP be hedonistic because my mum would say that I'm masochistic :D. I have a lot of constructive habits. But the habitual behaviour combined with the fact that free time is mostly used for pleasant activities can cause addictions.
I was also surprised that INTP is hedonistic because with Fi demon INTP doesn't care how he feels (and then I hear: INTP: if it feels good=> do it) and also there's Si discipline. But at the same time low Ni willpower which is weird. It sounds more likely that a person has both willpower and discipline or none of them and is lazy (or it's possible to have only discipline- do your work and then not to have any goals- because you can't avoid work). I have Si associated with carefullness, conscientiousness and attention to detail.
But as a child I used to play video games all day. Why? - Because I was a child and I didn't have a purpose- so INTP like this would be hedonistic.
Also if I compare Se doms and Si doms, Se doms are those who go to parties, socialize, spend a lot of money on pleasant things and activities- drinking, shopping...- They do what They want in the moment so They procrastinate their duties and They think They will do them also in the (final) moment. So my ISFJ mother does my Se dom brother's duties because he wouldn't do them at all. I would expect ESFP with instant gratification to be hedonistic. I want sounds more likely to be pleasant, I should is more likely to be unpleasant when you scream- NO, I don't wanna do that!- but you force yourself to do that. I associate Si comfort more with a comfort zone and having fear of getting out of comfort zone- for example Fe inferior- fear of talking to people. Or Si can be fear of change, fear of risks...

My uncle is an INTP married to an ESFP. She tells him why is it always an argument every time I want us to do something! He her do what she wants as long as he doesn't have to do anything. This frustrates us. We want to do good with our spouse. Think about it NTPs. 😅

So basically he got all depressed with his present circumstances, then refused my help because he doesn't believe in the system I use. The 2nd time I nudged he finally revealed to me, with his very annoying Ne critic, that he thinks that the system I use is false (gosh the Ni jumping to conclusions is so frustrating) and perhaps immoral (silly Fi inferior geez). This came off as insanely arrogant to me as he doesn't even know about my system and now is being all judgy about it. So I took Chase's advice and went all out to criticize his narrow mindedness and he's now engaging in avoidant behaviour. I chalk it up to low self awareness. Waiting for him to get his shit together, stop engaging in pathetic self pity and stop sabotaging his relationships.
Anyway, going on my 10 day meditation retreat to discipline my mind. My ENTJ shadow says I don't have time for losers who can't get their act together and I deserve way better treatment (words that came out of that ENTJ's mouth lol). Fi self acceptance, amirite? Seriously🙄

We had a pretty serious fight over the weekend. Best fight I’ve ever been in. She was real sad and mad. She apologized, as she should have because I was right. She didn’t push me away. She let me hold her. Took me a minute to figure out why she was still so upset. Communication issue. Once I understood I was like, I’m sorry too then, because I misinterpreted the meaning of what she said.
We kinda had another one today too. Another communication issue, but it ended with me saying, “I’m actually giving you more detail than you’re asking for, and I’m not going to answer in the way you are desiring me to.”
She had to let it go. She needed to donate some toys to Goodwill. I took her to do that, got her a salad, and we came back to my place, hung out for a minute, then she went home. She FaceTimed me before she got home to keep her awake, took a nap in her garage because she was exhausted, then immediately called me after she got up and got ready for bed. Then she stayed on the phone with me until she fell asleep, which is what she normally does if we’re not together. She’s a real one too. I have almost no furniture at my place ( long story), but she’s a trooper. She’ll sit and sleep on the floor with me. Cooks and brings me food almost every day.
We actually watched this video together by accident and it sparked a real cool conversation.
Both of us were raised pretty traditionally, so the feminist theme doesn’t play a big part for us. Definitely part of the reason we hit it off. It was my kind assertiveness that got her.

My ex before her was an INFJ, which is what people usually call my golden pair. There was definitely magic there, but this is better.
My experience with INTP men is they don't seek intimate relationships. I love INTPs as friends but I have dated NFPs more who fall deeply in love. ❤
A lot of intp men are monks in this current society. I don’t think it’s because they don’t want an intimate relationship but rather the cost/benefit analysis of being in a long term marital type relationship in the western world for them isn’t worth the effort given the cost. They don’t want to geomax by moving to another country either to find love so they just choose to remain celibate being apathetic to intimate romantic relationships. That could actually change if a woman saw value in them and took the effort to invest. You appear to be a woman so I’m mainly talking about the male intp/female entj (the dynamic is probably somewhat different between and Entj male/intp female). I have an intp son so I relate to him as his cheerleader. He’s a brilliant guy (and fairly successful) but he’s disinterested in western romantic relationships for the reasons I described on top of the fact he works long hours and his time is limited and precious to him.
ENTJs can be 🔥 firey conquering and make NTPs uncomfortable feeling unsafe at first. I suggest he seek out friends he can care for who want to value him. All he literally has to do is say I think you should love me because... and an NTJ will want to consider them as a lover. ENTJs don't waste their time in relationships.
womans sense of love is too shallow for men who see it as simply a trade of work or protection for sex. Most relationships we see are shallow and built on lies. My mother in law is an INFJ and she has no compassion for her husband who is suffering from onset dementia. My guardian grandmother is speaking about finding a new man after my grandfather dies as if he is already gone, while he does everything for her. Its scary to see that a man gets used up in a servantile way with nothing to cling to. Child support and divorce benefiting women etc alone is scary enough.
@@Christie1127 my ENTJ friend is a disabled veteran who had a kid with a single mother who I assume is an ENFJ or INFJ and he is so scared of her because of his super ego being a guardian. His own ego is locked. He sits doing stuff for others at the detriment to himself. He plays video games and seeks drugs and alcohol in his subconscious which is an adventurer. I as an INTP understand this but its the opposite of my stack. I become reliant and helpful in my sub and I love to adventure or radically change things with my super ego. I am at home doing yard work and organizing when I am in my subconscious guardian. I assume his TI nemesis from his INTP shadow is whats keeping him in the prison he has made for himself.
@@boulderingbadger6179 Your experiences are anecdotal and I can’t deny such women exist but I was married 43 years before my husband succumbed to cancer (and was completely monogamous just to him...married at 23). I will admit many women can be quite pragmatic when it comes to romantic relationships (the idea of romantic love originally came from the brains of men not women...at least in poetry, writings or in theater such as Shakespeare etc). However women can form deep pair bonding relationships with men and not all women are as callous as you describe.
I had 4 children with my husband and took care of my husband for about 3 years with stage 4 prostate cancer(over a year completely bedridden) and over half of those years he was quite immobile and needed constant care. He was a large man as well at around 6ft8 and for a relatively petite old lady like myself it was very difficult both physically and mentally. I would work on his muscles, massage him, help him to the toilet, and other things I’m sure few people would do for others except for people they truly love (over and over again day after day).
I also received injuries from taking care of such a large man. My right shoulder was ripped from its arm socket helping him with all my physical exertion and despite the rehab it is still not right to this day (I also have a weak left shoulder on top of the damaged right one from all the repeated abuse I put on them helping my husband). However if anyone’s asked me if I would do anything different I would say no. He was with me through thick and thin for 43 years and gave me 4 beautiful children. I would do it all over again for my husband and life partner. In other words not all women are like you describe. It sounds like they have a major lack of the ability to pair bond. While it might be more prevalent with women, men often have this issue as well. Mental health and the ability to have deep meaningful relationships and strong bonds is a human problem in general that affects both men and women.
I could not be in a relationship with ENTJ. There's a little chemistry, but for the most part they seem dull and shallow and pushy. idk about this 'golden pair' stuff Chase...lol

ENTJs are typicallly in real state conventions, seminars, things where you can improve yourself or positions of leadership.
INTPs are usually at home or at nerdy stuff like magic the gathering events. You can also meet a lot of them online especially if it's a place where it's more focused on ideas.
How to spot: INTPs dresses for comfort and usually in dark/grey shades. They have the vanilla look.
ENTJs dresses for the occasion and they are good at it.

From other videos they tend to be on apps since it’s an efficient way to meet people they know are interested vs going to bars / clubs is a waste of time / inefficient / higher risk reward since there’s no guarantee someone would be interested (moreso for male ENTJs).
