I absolutely love living in Lubbock. We also have a law school at Texas Tech, a really great Court system, and Bar Association for young attorneys to learn how to practice law. We've been seeing more young attorneys remaining in Lubbock rather than leaving for the big cities lately.

You have made me an instant fan of Lubbock and you. Currently stuck in a overly priced condo working a remote job looking for a great place that shares my values and has a really good economy & people. Lubbock seems to be the spot! Thank you for all the information!!!
Wondering if you do videos on how to buy and sell at the same time. And information about VA lending and veteran aspects of Lubbock?

These videos keep me motivated. Can’t wait for that big sky! We’ll be bringing a telescope of our own that’s as big as the back seat of my car. Wouldn’t mind swinging my golf clubs again either. It’s been a while!

How have you not visited the official name Jake’s back room or Copper Caboose?. mention some good restaurants, caprock Café Orlando’s. also mentioned does Stars & Stripes drive-in, movie theater with Alamo Drafthouse. I think maybe the aquarium is going to be by the adventure theme park where they do go carts and zip lines and water boats

I didn’t know about some of the things-gonna have to check those out 😊 I’m looking forward to the aquarium!
Some cool places you didn’t mention (or I missed if you did):
School of Rock-cool for all ages. The staff is amazing!! ❤️ Sometimes they perform at Jake’s (you mentioned Jake’s).
Code Ninja-if you have a child who loves coding, robotics and gaming, this is where they will find others like them. The staff is awesome! They have day camps when school is out for breaks.
Science Spectrum-they always have cool stuff for the whole family.
One thing I love about Lubbock neighborhoods is the way different neighborhood developments are like an entire community of their own. Lubbock is like a quilt stiched together by so many different concepts.
Prarie dogs!! They have a prarie dog place I haven’t been. There was a lot of prarie dogs on Milwaukee and 130th, but not so much now with the highway development.

Hey there Andrew! Well you have me sold. We'd love to move to Lubbock. but... well, our daughter will be attending BIOLA university out here in So Cal - where we live. Soooo...maybe after she graduates. But wanted to do a shoutout for our Cousin's restaurant in Lubbock and hope you'll visit it and include it in your clips. Their restaurant is "SOMETHING DIFFERENT". Forgot the address. I'll get it to you. They have 6 locations total and 2 in Lubbock. One of the restaurants is a few doors down from a SUPER cool barber shop that you might like to check out as well. And by cool, I mean - cool! Never have seen anything like it. Then again, I'm a female and don't visit many barber shops. Anyway, thanks for all your clips. Our family has REALLY enjoyed them. I've even told our relatives to check them out even though they ALREADY are lucky enough to live in your friendly city !!! :)

People like Midland also because that’s where the money is. sorry I meant to say is that Lubbock is investing and almost finished with a cheese facility that produces cheese by East Loop 4th St.

i lived there all 4 years of college. great college town, everything is affordable, and the majority of people are friendly. let me tell you guys a couple things that i didn't like during my time there. the weather is absolutely terrible. the winters are way colder compared to houston/dallas/austin. lubbock gets extremely cold and on top of that, its an extremely windy city. The wind makes the cold weather 10x more colder and we're talking like damn near 1 degree Fahrenheit outside. you might as well live in alaska at that point. oh and it hails a lot in lubbock. lots of hail will damage your car so best make sure you have covered parking out there. the summer heat is different compared to houston/dallas/austin as well. Lubbock is a dry city with 0% humidity. those long dry summer months in lubbock take a big toll on your body. i kept getting bloody noses from breathing in the dry heat during the summer. my skin kept peeling and getting unexpected rashes all over my body due to the dryness from the summer heat out there. ALSO, the crime rate is terrible out there. Alot of thieves lurking in the shadows and they tend to prey upon college students. I had my car stolen from my on-campus housing that I was staying at. I was shocked that my car was stolen while living on campus but the cops told me its common for thieves to come on campus and steal from college kids. some of my friends (girls) had cases where lots of creepy men would stalk them and follow them home. so make sure you are prepared for the worst if you plan on moving out there. Never travel to any bars/ clubs alone and be with a solid group of people that will have your back. overall though, i had a fun time living out there for college. its a place that i figured i would only be living temporarily but never permanently. i don't regret spending 4 years of my life there. i made the best friends i have now and i will always bleed red white and black. Texas Tech forever ❤‍🔥

Really enjoy your videos! I read that Texas requires cars to have a front and back plate, do people really run a front plate on a nice car, and will cops really pull you over for something like that?

Our highway patrolmen usually don't mess around... sometimes they do sometimes they don't. Thanks for watching the videos!! :)
