That car that was in the newly cemented street probably belongs to someone who was contacted enough times that the crew decided "fuck it" and built around it.
They're required to contact people, that IS their job. Once they don't answer it stops being their job.
The guy made it on purpose. He is known for leaving his car in the place he doesn't want to be done/change OR where are working people he wants to make bad day for. He stopped or wanted to stop work of so many jobs in Łódź, that people just doing their job around his car at this point and then when he finally take his car they doing rest of a job.

In Australia If your vehicle is blocking the roadworks they are allowed to have your vehicle towed and the tow company contacts the owner to come pick it up at cost of the owner as there is signs and barriers set up days in advance before construction work on the road is closed for repairs

Usually I either click off a video as soon as I realise Robin is the narrator or I click off halfway through, but I really enjoyed listening to Robin on this one! I wonder how many of the r/notmyjob posts are actually r/maliciouscompliance...I highly suspect the ones where they go around cars were. Like, they could have told a Karen not to park there, the worker's boss told them they can't have the car towed as they don't want to be sued, so instead, they work around the car, keeping the Karen from being able to access her car being the revenge. Maybe if the work takes long enough, they can have the car towed as soon as they are done (& road is drivable), but are now able to tow the car as its "been abandoned" &/or for being ticketed so many times for being in that spot for so long!

The cars getting cemented around makes me wonder if those are actually malicious compliance stories. Like the construction guys went to the car owner and said "Can you move your car? We're doing the roads," and the pricks just went "You can just do it around my car, I've got to go do more important things," and the construction guys decided to teach them a lesson.

So they tried to spell the word using Spanish phonetics, and no one bothered to tell them "it looks like crap." Of course, it could just be vandalism, but you can usually tell where the letter came from in those cases.

You know, half of these are more "one job" than not my job.
Not my Job: An unexpected difficulty, probably caused by someone else, comes up during your project and you would have to go well beyond your job description to solve that problem and get the job done so you instead just work around it- even if it hampers the quality of your overall work. The Hydrant is a good example. The hydrant plumbing was already there. Whoever was laying concrete was also told to put concrete there. The planner messed up their jobs so the installers didn't fix their mistake.
One Job: That IS what you were hired to do, but through excessive laziness or incompetence you end up with quality hat leaves those that contracted you wondering why they did.
At this point might as well just merge and call it "bad job" or something...
