Fun fact: Hippos don't actually swim. They run under water. So when you see a hippo aggressively following a boat, they're actually charging after it in a mad territorial rage-fueled gallop.
This is very true!
Yes
Oh.
You are GENIUS!
Wow, that IS fun!
That poor dachshund. That’s abuse at that point.
ETA: as a dog trainer, dogs don’t know when to quit eating. Especially treats and people food.
I just think about the joint pain it must have, and how it probably struggles to do the most basic things, including walk. That's very sad. 🙁
This dog needs vet care, proper diet and exercise ASAP. Take it from its owners if necessary and put it in the care of someone qualified.
fun fact, both snakes and gator/crocs grow their entire lives. Literally the only thing stopping them from reaching the monsterous sizes seen in all those b rated movies is the fact they cant live long enough to grow to such sizes.
Thank god for the natural decay of dna
Indeterminate growers
But then what kills them ? Is it that their hearts aren't powerful enough, do they just get killed by something else or ?
@@MayoOverlord I understand that oftentimes, it's just that they simply can't get enough food to sustain their massive size and starve, but I don't know enough about their physiology to say if there are other issues that take them out.
My favorite example of this is the one-ton man-eater Gustave, a nile crocodile who resorted to attacking people, is thought to have killed at least 200 people, and has evaded capture for years simply because he's so huge that few cages are large enough to close properly on him, and the ones that are are too flimsy to withstand him.
He hasn't been seen since 2019, where a report of his death was filed with no body and no witnesses to substantiate it, meaning he could still be out there.
You would think he's a myth if he hadn't been explicitly photographed and recorded from a safe distance.
1:14 that my friend is forced perspective. The croc is actually between 14-15 feet in length. You can even see a considerable gap between it and the people if you look closer at the tail end of it.
4:36 Which is why they are one of the deadliest animals in the world. They are pure muscle to the point that they can't actually float and just run under water. They can run at 19 mph, torpedoe through water, have the strongest bitefoce of any animal, are absolutely homicidal and even though they're supposed to be herbivores, they have been known to eat meat.
Hippos... terrify me.
Remind me never to go anywhere where hippos live.
Technically, hippos have the strongest bite force among _land_ animals. Some species of alligators and crocodiles have stronger bite forces.
But yeah, they're definitely war machines and very dangerous animals.
Hippos are the definition of "Chose violence." Everything about them is hyperspecifically made to fuck you up, and they will with absolutely zero hesitation.
@@MissTwoSetEncyclopedia And they won't hesitate to eat you either... being omnivores.
4:05 -- My dad traded a couple 40's of rye to someone in the North West Territories for a polar bear pelt back in the early 90's just because it was so awesome, and it wasn't even from a BIG polar bear. We laid it out on the floor of the living room and it stretched from one end to the other. The fur felt really nice, too. He sold it early 2000's because it was just too damned big to do anything with and he didn't want to cut it up.
Agreed. That is a Texan sized schnitzel. Partner.
Ok that dachshund was heartbreaking
Poly cats are fun to have. I had two of them before but I still have my big mitten boy.
And the S-presso is actually one of Suzuki's bigger, crossover SUV models. You could probably park a Suzuki Alto on that GMC's passenger seat!
my arachnophobia got the best of me with that spider one, i hit my head on the wall behind me bc i jumped so hard😂
The bear one reminded me of a manga page where a character is addressing a rumor that she'd wrestled with a bear and won, and she doesn't understand why that rumor started OR is still alive because it was a species that's like three feet long.
That's fucken hilarious.
What is that we from? It sounds super familiar and it's killing me
The souped-up stroller was probably what Baby Gymbro Jesus was moved around in.
8:50 poor damn dog 😭😭
It must have so much joint pain and definitely struggle to do anything ! Needs to be taken care of properly ASAP.
They're a *snowoff*
Shut ip and take my like
@@Sandythefloofer thanks
@@SandytheflooferI read your reply as “shut up and take my ip” and I was wondering why you were so willing to give away your ip address

I read this title as “the Final Boss of Emkay”
11:53 I was at that game rooting for summer creek (because I go to that school and my brother was playing) and what made the loss even worse is that our quarterback fractured his ankle right before the game and they replaced him with a running back, and he didn’t land a single throw that game. We only scored once
2:36 Ah the Ol’ Radarange microwave. Those had an actual bell inside, and it made the most aggressive *DING* I’ve ever heard.
My great grand aunt used to make such massive schnitzels. She had the odd idea that 8 of these were not enough for two older teenage guys so she had a few more in the fridge just in case. I'll never forget that.
Fortunately, some cousins came by and were promptly made to join.
My great grandma didn't eat meat at all and her sister only about maybe as much as hangs off of that plate. Both were tiny women which made the sizes of these beasts of schnitzels even more hilarious.
She also baked apple pie to be eaten about 4h later. 😂 She was a wonderful woman. ❤️
That horse is the king of horses, donkeys, and mules
My grandparents had a polydactyl cat, we called her fingers and toes 😊
0:08- when you acidently spill your prewrokout and protein drink on the snowman while headin to the gym.
Interesting fact; being polydactyl is a dominant gene; therefore, if you have it, your children are definitely going to have it
2:19
Yet another item to add to the list of “foods that would kill a medieval peasant”
Yes please, mkay guys are absolute units for having the sub in the thumbnail while using darkmode
12:45 Fun fact: Polydactyly cats need to be declawed because they can not retract their extra claws, often causing the claw to grow and pierce into their paws. At least that's what the vet told us about 20 years ago for my 6 toed cat.
Thats good to know, if i ever have a polydactyly cat
0:15 is just... bleh. Me no like oversized tanks blocking my visibility while driving.
Plus, its a GM product, so that's doubly worse.
I agree, large cars are unnecessary most of the time. Don't they take more fuel too? Unless it's electric-driven.
@@iclynnx Most of the time, yes, large vehicles are unnecessary. People want something big because it makes them feel better or safer, even when their desire to drive a tank on the same road as a humble Corolla means everyone else is less safe because of their desire for an oversized luxury brick on wheels.
SUVs also typically have poor fuel economy compared to other lighter vehicles, but since they're often classed as light trucks, they don't have to meet the same requirements as smaller passenger cars... Even though they end up being used as a passenger car and not what you'd associate with a truck meant for work. Lastly, a bigger vehicle is worse for an EV, since the more mass you have to move, the bigger your battery needs to be... And that battery is heavy.
Is it evident that I have a grudge on trucks and SUVs? I hope so, because *_oh boy do I ever._*
Same, I don't really see the purpose either. Not that there isn't one, I just don't see the need.
My hometown actually has a fossil museum with what is said to be Australia's only complete Trex skeleton.
They were huge and is an incredible site to see
Fun fact: the soviet aa-20 was one of the largest non-articulated steam locomotives ever built, it would damage the tracks just by going on them
Loving the new dark mode
7:30 you know how some people do banana guns. Well, a normal banana is like a pistol but de long boi is basically a sawn off.
once you defeat jacked frost the rest of the images are just the world that those strong enough to defeat jacked frost live in
Fun fact (and related) about Hippos:- they were going to be taken to America and used as food source.
09:51 -- I know that's a potato, you're not fooling me.

It makes sense that Jesus would have been at least a little ripped. As the stepson of a carpenter, he probably worked for Joseph as a kid and a young man and likely kept up woodworking and construction as a hobby when he has free time from being a divine figure.
So THAT'S why the largest solid rocket booster is KSP is named Clydesdale
6:23 (for some context, I go to a trade school and in my class we work with dogs) My teacher's dog is an Irish Wolfhound and he has to stay in a pen in the front of the classroom because he doesnt fit in any of the kennels in the back. And I've been whipped by his tail. *it hurts* (also he's a show dog who has won champion before)
Yeah, I've got a Cane Corso and her tail feels like I'm actually getting whipped, hurts like a bitch.
Im not sure how long yall have been doing this but i love the dark theme EmKay
If you chuck the lime at someone there neck would break
i used to have a tree that grew "mutant" lemons that were about 10 inches tall, and 7 inches wide on average. they weighed around 3 - 5 pounds

I showed that absolute snowbeast to a friend and he didn't like it.
Amazing as always!

What was Frosty eating?😂❤ Love your videos!
The first one reminds me of the time someone built a snowman on a tree trunk.

Sadly, large trees like that are almost always unfit for tree houses. They don't take the strain very well, and the bark is often too fragile to protect them adequately from the friction the treehouse would introduce.
Love the new dark theme, Emkay!
It's crazy how they can just *show* that futurama clip without the text or audio but *I can still hear it*
I live in Puerto Rico on a property that has a river running along side it. There's an edible root called Ñame that grows wild near rivers. One day my father finds a Ñame vine and starts digging it out. After an hour he has to stop because of his back. He calls 2 of my uncles and asks them to come over the next day to help dig out the Ñame. The 4 of us start around 10am, we take turns every few minutes, it's sandy soil so it's fairly easy work digging. It was a little after 2pm by the time we called it quits. We dug out a massive 70 pound chunk of root, when normally they're around 10. We guessed we only got 1/2 of it.

the big cheese??? thought leon already killed that guy.
While I don't know that specific gainesville fl tree, there's a ton of monstrous live oaks out here. Even one in my back yard is 4 ft wide. And it's young
People is a more valid unit of measurement than camels or washing machines.
I kid you not, there is way bigger crocodiles than that one here in Australia 6:34
That cheese is in Lansing MI I believe. Over on the west side of town.
I would have bet money Damien was from New York. Never would have guessed he’s a Florida boy like me.

I'm not scared of many animals. But crocodiles/alligators, chimps, and hippos are terrifying.

THEY PUT THE SUBREDDIT IN THE THUMBNAIL LETS GOOOOO
Funfact: you can find the name of the subreddit in the description
We should regularize bananas for scale and turn bananas into a proper and full form of measurement.
seriously, why are the subreddit names gone from names of emkay vids, if you just say "final boss of Mt Everest." my brain is immediately gonna direct to r/bossfight, and yet it's r/AbsoluteUnits? make emkay great again cuz right now it's just good
5:20 & 7:30 The way girls(in memes) describe the thing they want:
frosty oiled up fr 💯💯💯💯
Ya know I never thought I would hear Jojos Bizarre adventure part 5 theme when looking at a buff snowman
Yea there's some units in this video, the only unit that caught my eye is the dark mode in the video, my eyes rest another day.
When I saw that football player, I said "woah" out loud, dude's massive and still developing?
Sure but can it withstand the flamethrower?
12:54. My dad somehow has an even larger overstuffed wallet. I thought that was normal though.
That stroller looks like something I would make in Mario Kart.
Frosty on that yellow snow
Yaaay Damien \o/ , please do a burger king foot lettuce impression again!
