I'm not rich and many of these luxury penthouses seem ridiculously overpriced but $10mil for this seems reasonable somehow. I would certainly buy it.

I like the suit
All of NYC properties tend to blend together after a while. They all have the Miele, marble, white oak, etc. It’s more about location, and this location is hard to best. You can catch the ferry to Manhattan, you have the views, the building has nice amenities. I’d take it.

I like a lot of Egyptian , Pink and crystalized chandeliers with exotic renaissance details but this is nice to beaus I would be grateful for anything if I got an apartment. I love town homes and penthouses! I'm in love with the views and the terraces on the rooftop with tons of amenities. It's great to enjoy a nice scene in the sky and party with friends that I'd make in New York or New Jersey. I love your channel lol lol.
Gold, Pink, light blue , light purple and doll colors , princess colors are beautiful and it doesn't have to be a cottage. However I also like a nice minimalist apartment with soft colors and bamboo like accents lol. I still dress formal I just like this style for a place. It's cool. I prefer 5th Avenue , Manhattan and Brooklyn. Because those places are just beautiful ! lol lol lol I love sharing this because I'm rich and beautiful but lol other than that I would like to move to New York oneway and get over LA soon but I love la.

but for $10 million, the primary bathroom toilet should have been in a separate space! I don't want to see it first thing as I enter a bathroom.

As good as the property as it is, i could never live a property when the name of the building is completely butchering the English language. Quay is pronounced KEY not QU-HEY. It would infuriate me to hear it mis-pronounce every day
