Those 2 apartments are really nice but I liked the master tub in the second one , I mean come on who would love a glass of wine in that tub overlooking the view , simply amazing, I can cook in the kitchen and not burn anything as well

The building is called 'Quay Tower' but apparently it identifies as Kway Tower 😂. Gorgeous views, but not worth the amount of flooding that happens in that area or the hike to get Groceries.

Love your enthusiasm! Just back in Sydney from NYC ,closest to Sydney Australia then anywhere else in the U.S. Sadly we only have 3 ? Art galleries. Otherwise the people are most alike , streets the same , but more hills and lanes here. Wish I had more time in NYC just great energy and locals. I'm not sure who's right here. We pronounce Quay ( key) . My husband is from Scotland he too says (key) . Anyone know?

Since it’s by the river/sea, Quay is basically a platform alongside a body of water for loading/unloading boats or ships.
So I guess that’s how the name came about. Since it’s a tower by the water.

I find him most annoying and irritating to watch and always keep the sound off. He is an actor, exactly. The properties are all nice, but sadly I have to endure him while watching. Not cool at all. Brooklyn Heights is not all that. This place is not even in the Heights part of the Heights. You have quite a hike to get to the conveniences of Brooklyn Heights. Maybe put on your hiking boots and mountaineering equipment to climb up to the real Brooklyn Heights.. that's why Serhant is taking a boat to get there, it is not easy to get to this place,, the subway is not stopping near here.. Fetishizing over the quartzite, who gives a .... But great selling Mr. Serhant. Kidding, not kidding. Great production values in the video, great presentation, keep piling on one superlative after the other. Also beware of flooding here, climate change and all, that's why they haven't built residential here in the past. One superstorm Sandy and your car is underwater, you may have to swim out of the building.
yeah, it's off off Heights but that's why you get the unobstructed views you cannot get in the Heights

@@donniemoder1466 actually, most of the stuff is low rise. Maybe, the very top floor would get your some view, but it wouldn't be as good as direct riverfront. There is one tall tower in the Heights - i almost bought a place there and it had incredible views but it's literally one high rise building in Brooklyn Heights proper.
