    “You don’t live in the square footage, you live in the design.” I felt that in my spirit. I understand that more space is often appreciated, but if it’s not put together nicely or designed well, it doesn’t matter to me.

    I love the way Ryan sells “the experience” of a space. He’s always captivating and doesn’t give a ho hum, “this is a” speech. He tells you “why” it’s important that the materials and upgrades are there and respectfully why one should care. Oh, and I like the sound of Ryan’s voice. It doesn’t make me or anyone else who is an avid watcher nauseous. Keep up the great work Ryan, to you and the fam, we love your channel…👀💕🤗🎉👆

    The apartment is luminous a smooth streamline throughout. The clean crisp shapes of the interior design are eye appealing. The views and the location are prime. That tub is pretty impressive, no doubt. A wonderful tour of this property, thanks Ryan and the S. team

    Everything just fits as so in this unit. Not overly large that it feels cavernous, but also not small and awkwardly either. Make a choice to replace the dining space with una mesa de billiar? There's plenty of room for it anyways. Want to make the small reading area a yoga studio? That's fine as well. This space doesn't feel like an afterthought, it feels like a powerful tool in your life to use in whichever situation feels appropriate.

    Can anyone explain what the monthly Taxes relate to, so in this case they are $1,800 a month. I get charges which relate to the communal areas, but don't know what the taxes are for. (Love this property btw )

    Double sinks are stupid because a couple really wants separate bathrooms, which is real luxury.
    They may as well put two toilets next to each other.

    • @adrastos761
      @adrastos761 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      well, there are three bathrooms in this apartment, which to me is not necessary.

    • @282XVL
      @282XVL ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea, double sinks/vanity is indeed a stupid design fad I won't miss once it goes out of fashion. Pointless and impractical. Rather have one larger, functional counter space as well as a single larger sink, with room to be a fabricated statement piece.

    I didn't even get to see the apartment you show more up furniture that don't come with the apartment or the condos and you run off your mouth too much you need to show more square footage of the Park apartment or condos or Brownstones instead of the furniture and stuff like that people like to see the square footage of that they're getting for their money you don't show the rooms you show the windows and talk about the views what is the square footage of the rooms in the master room what is the square footage of the bathroom you show more fixtures than you show the bathroom and the square footage

    • @adrastos761
      @adrastos761 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree. It seems like all the un-important things he "dazzles" us for. It is a sales pitch, with Ryan getting super excited to try and brain wash us that this is truly the best apartment in the world. Looking at the layout, nothing special. The decor isn't coming unless it is being sold like that, which usually they don't. Every apartment these days has to be "staged", seems people have zero imagination and can't figure out where their couch will go, or where their bed will go, they can't envision......HGTV has turned people into morons with no imagination. I do know in this apartment, there is zero space for a comfortable table and 4 chairs....

  • @adrastos761
    @adrastos761 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    lol, he is a bit "much" in trying to sell the apartment, which makes it entertaining, if nothing else. Everything is amazing, or like he has never seen it before... LoL. He is a little theatrical, LOL
    The living room is in the kitchen, there is no true space for the table and chairs, don't let it fool you. It is not a large room at all to be able to accomodate both kitchen, dining and living, please.....
    Without the decor, it is nothing special. The layout is nothing that we haven't seen a billion times already. Once the apt is emptied of the "staging" decor, it wont look like much.

  • @Priyanka77574
    @Priyanka77574 ปีที่แล้ว
