@@shortcoursercracing4284 I guess I just don’t care enough about my health to risk that much money. $500 takes a while to make, and what’s the worst that happens, burns on my fingers?
It's not gonna send shrapnel at you😅. It flames out ...if you can get the battery out before it catches fire then you can save your car. Or ...you can just sit and watch your money burn.....it's up to you. Personally I would have pulled the shell off through the pins ( you can always buy a new shell) and had that batt out within seconds. He seemed more worried about the battery hold down(a $20 item) then the car itself!
just get one with nicad or something, there are different battery types for the cars. if you are scared of lipos don't get into planes and drones, they all use lipos. Also, many drones and planes have the battery mounted on the bottom so if you land on something sharp and cut the protective seal of the lipo then say goodbye to that drone.
Wow .. Danger Danger ... I guess it's a natural reaction to try to save your car from total destruction. I think your better off letting it burn. An arc fault explosion of the battery could spit out material hotter than the sun ... into your eyes, or the melting insulation of the battery leads tends to burn skin. Besides the toxic particles you inhale from the cloud of LiPo smoke. I'm sure I would probably try to unplug the battery in a panic not only for the car but the possibility of causing a brush fire but I hope not.
He doin everything possible to save it to 😂. I love my Rustler
I had very high anxiety when it walked up to it and proceeded to unplug,
What would you do? Sit there and watch a $500 truck burn?
@@OmegaHellHound543 yes

Luckily it never exploded why you were pulling it apart. It would of been a whole different story
what happened exactly that made the lipo explode?
THE STEERING BAR and THE TREF BROKEN BY A SIDE WHERE THE BALANCING CONNECTOR HAS BEEN SITTED TO THE WASTE BASKET.
Lol, I know right 🤣
@@v.podzimek6497 .what?????
I think the ESC died and eventually also took out the Lipo too resulting of the fire.
whats your steering sens? (expo?
Why do people run right up to these things and unplug them? That’s a bomb bro fuck the car at that point
