Best of luck! Hope your foray back to corporate life is short and successful. One thing to note on the podcast, I for one would appreciate some links to the things talked about in the news in the description of the video. Cheers!
I don't know how Mantic wouldn't have seen a new edition of Kill Team being released - it's been nearly three years since the last one, and in GW terms that's dragging their heels! My main reason for giving up on GW was because they overhaul their games before the ink's barely dry on the last one.
For me personally, the rules are the more important part of a game. If visual appeal mattered more, I could watch a movie or something. Don't get me wrong, a great game with great miniatures becomes even more enjoyable, but if I have to choose one, I'll go with what makes a game a game.
@@THX-to6gg I think it would be a mistake for anyone to try to out-space marine space marines. Mantic did kind of set up Enforcers as a space marine equivalent, but I think that was a mistake they now recognize.
Centrefire Hobbies sell in Singaporean Dollars, so only £55 by today's exchange rate. But cart didn't seem to allow shipping to UK.

I'll see what I can do

Did you see my recent episode on editions?
Eisenfront looks nice and simple. But the rulebook without the cards that are needed for you to create a mech does seem like a miss...
Deadzone is a game with great rules and poor to half decent miniatures, Kill Team a mediocre rule set with great miniatures in my opinion.
Not a bad summary. I really like some of the Mantic designs, but they're already showing their age.
@@PrecinctOmegaWargaming For me the human faction has to be right first and the Enforcers just don’t appeal whereas Space Marines definitely do.
