Leaving out David Doust and New Wave Mail Order in a history of CMON is a glaring oversight. Dark Age Games was never a separate entity. It was part of CMON, who was manufacturing its own miniatures, both individual figs aimed at collectors and painters and in wargame form with Dark Age, long before Kickstarter existed.
Nice to hear of you again. IMO, the miniatures for ASoIaF are beautiful. I watched many battle report videos and I enjoyed them. But it isn't a game for me. The amount of models, size of them, and price put that game out of my storage capacity and wallet size. And as I learned from other tries, I could get my gaming group to get it. And that's is true in all territories with a declining economy. That aside. C'mon did well to exploit a game format abandoned by GW. It even made GW try to reinsert itself on that format again.

Funny enough, I still have my VOID starter box on order from new Wave LOL

It should come to the surprise of no one who's watched my videos that I scored pretty high on Hot or Not back in the day.
