Slash fiction. Oh My! You might have come across the Union Pacific case against MTH model train manufacturer where the case was resolved by UP deciding that their IP was not infringed by toy train manufacturers. Arguably, the IP is for the original form, and ideas/stories/esthetics can't be copyrightable. As for the ethics? What can I control? Does my action infringe the IP? As for GW, they need to understand what they can control, and stop trying to Trademark common terms.
Yeah, all that - but what if I can only ETHICALLY and MORALLY buy knock-offs from non-GW vendors? That's where I'm at. Anyone BUT GW. ...and at this point we just moved on to other games. BUT if I were to get back into Warhammy Tree-Fiddy, it would HAVE be all non-GW and it would have to be a dead version that the community has taken back. Hell, maybe I'll generate the ruleset.
Any chance you can lower the volume on your opening bumper? My freakin' ears...
I may have over-compensated on earlier feedback that my videos were too quiet! I shall, indeed, do that.

Funnily enough, I've been thinking about that very question. Going to do a video on it... soon-ish.
