Junk Yard MS3Pro Fan Speed Controller on Project Redfire

Adding some fancy fan speed controllers to both heat exchanger fans and engine fan. Both are controlled by our megasquirt based MS3Pro.
The CAN based module I used on the microsquirt car to interface with the Arduino
