This is an outstanding idea! I love the concept and how simple and user friendly it looks. However, I have a few suggestions on how you can make this fan controller even better.
My first suggestion is to offer higher activation temperatures. The first 6 settings are basically useless for almost every application since there is no legitimate need to activate the fans at 110-155 degrees F. Even the highest setting activates the fans at too low of a temperature for most applications since most engines, mine included, run at 190+ degrees just driving down the highway and we don't want the fans running all the time, we only want the fans running when needed.
My second suggestion is to shorten the minimum speed to maximum speed temp range for each setting. According to the speed chart on your website, increasing the fan speed from 10% to 100% requires an increase of around 45 degrees, which is too much. Somewhere around a 10-20 degree span would be much more reasonable because at setting 10, the only somewhat reasonable activation temperature in most cases, the coolant can still reach 235 degrees before the fans reach full speed and that's hotter than anyone would want their engine to run if they set an activation temp of 190, but a lower maximum temperature would keep the fans on all the time because the activation temp would be too low. Something like an option to start the fans at 200 degrees and have then running at full speed at 210-220 degrees would be much more useful.
Finally, more adjustability would be nice. Being able to set the speed of the default speed of the AC override would be nice because 30% fan speed would be too low in a lot of applications. Being able to set the activation temp and max temp separately would be nice. Offering an adjustable delay to keep the fans running after shutting the engine off would be nice for people with hot soak problems. Perhaps creating an app so it can be controlled either by a USB or Bluetooth connection like some other solutions would be a good way to accomplish this. None of these are deal breakers for me, but more options are always nice for a premium product sold at a premium price.
Hope this helps, keep up the great work guys! Once at least issue number 1 and 2 are resolved, I definitely plan on getting one of these for my build👍

in the case of it turning off at a delayed rate you can install a timer switch relay on the fan connection, which can be switched on with ignition and as soon as the ignition is turned off it would stay on for the set time. i do agree would be best if it was already built in the controller itself

Absolutely. A great product with the potential to be a fantastic product. I hope Mishimoto will listen.

Yet diagram shows relay yet in video don't see one fitted .?

Yes, we suggest adding a relay inline with the power wire to ensure this kit only turns on when 12V switch power is provided. Thanks!

You mention max 50 amps that per fan or the actual total ?
