Actually, Malaysian PSA is just average type with no gore element like how other countries made, its because of some censorship issues by our government. Nursery Crime is considered scary because its not just about sexual abuse on kids, it also only shown in TH-cam. But in case you are curious on Malaysian PSAs, encouraged to find the 1990s to 2000s. A few of them could be creepy (drunk driving PSA with "I killed your brother" / accident PSA with a skeleton broke his skull after get motorbike accident) Or they can be heart touching (anti smoking PSA with hospital scenes where there are three patients: each of them get lung cancer, mouth cancer and gangren until it broke heart of the nurse / AIDS PSA about the heartbroken girl narrating her life losing her parents from her drawings)
