    Make sure to wear headphones if you want the full effect of binaural beats. : ) This is definitely my favorite and most effective one.

    I find such peace and love in your affirmations - your voice is incredible! I found your Affirmations for positive thinking, confidence and success in the Fall and listened to it every nite and morning for 3 months!! Funny enough I never went in to see what other videos you had - and in the last few wks your affirmation videos started popping up in my TH-cam thread. I LOVE this one - and it came at the right time! Oh and something magical happened last wk - and I just now realized it was your affirmation video!!!       Thank you! This one doesn't get the "views" but this is in all honesty, the essence of what I believe for creating one's own path in life. I don't start with 100% belief and nor should you wait until you have that either. Start now and build it as you go. There is also science behind this: as you succeed you build a neural feedback system in your brain that reaffirms stronger self belief. I just don't have time or even feel it is necessary to have total self belief or total self confidence (whatever that means). It is far more valuable to 1) get going, 2) learn from setbacks and 3) develop resilience from setbacks at the same time that you cultivate confidence. I do not believe that confidence is just "there". True confidence is cultivated, like a garden, it takes time. Hope some of this resonates. I hope too, to help. :) Wishing you to realize all that you already are. See the best in you because it IS there. Sarah

      Glad you enjoyed it! This is close to my heart as it is my philosophy to my own goals. Why do affirmations talking about 100% confidence, which is not realistic or even necessary, when instead you can build confidence as you go and transform fears and doubts in the process. All my affirmations are about finding the path in uncertainty, finding the joy in the mess (my Gratitude Affirmations), finding meaning when there seems to be none.       That's a good suggestion! I just uploaded my script to this one . I did this one so long ago but I don't think I changed it too much in editing. More recent affirmations I know I changed them quite a bit so I may not be able to put captions so quickly but thank you for the reminder and I will add more over time to affirmations in particular.     what is your accent? it is so soothing and my mind just seems to love it haha i find for me that the persons voice really affects the results and how receptive my brain is. if i dont like the voice then theres no chance

      Yes, they work if you listen and listen often, especially if you repeat to yourself (silently or out loud), and for consecutive amount of time (i.e. a month or 21 days, etc.). I've been listening to these and a few others for about a month or more, 5 mornings a week, and this is hands-down my favorite one.
      I notice a huge difference, thanks to basically rewiring neuro pathways in the brain. I also do a few of my own for a few minutes when I shower or if I'm doing something that doesn't require my attention lol.
      I went from a sedentary, somewhat pessimistic, disorganized, procrastinating, limited belief riddled lifestyle to higly productive, better time manager, way more organized, motivated, ambitious and accomplishing huge goals that I've been blowing off for ages, and seeing improvement in self-esteem, anxiety, fears, habits, and my once-normal way of thinking. Granted, I put a concentrated effort in elsewhere, such as meditating in mini spurts and read (often audiobooks) or listen to other things (i.e. Neville Goddard, Lisa Nichols, You Are A Bass books, etc.) in small chunks or by reading a chapter a few days a week, too, but find this to be the most effective tool so far, and maybe the best out of TH-cam affirmations.
      Basically, it helps to surround yourself with affirmations like this and other positive messages as much as possible, especially to counteract all of the negatives we are subjected to on a daily basis, from media or tv to friends, family, ourselves, etc. The binaural beats really do help, too, but you'll want headphones you ensure it works properly, and it helps to focus on it as much as you can (also where headphones are helpful). Sometimes I sit but most often I get chores done around the house or do my morning or nighttime cleaning routine, which works too.
