I met Lou back in 1978 at a World of Wheels show in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I was working security and when I walked into one of the rooms he was there. I spoke to him for a minute and shook his hand. He seemed almost shy and was very approachable in those days. He was The Incredible Hulk but still a gentleman.
Lou ferrigno ex-wife was probably lying about him getting in her face saying that he's the incredible hulk just to make it like it's his fault 😢, I hope he got peace from his wife

I will forever remember Lou and my evolving Fandom from being terrified of him as a child watching the hulk with my grandmother and then growing fond of him as a gentle giant as an older woman after my grandmother told me I had nothing to be afraid of because he only attacks people who made him angry 😂 I miss my grandmother wish I could have gotten her hulk poster autographed for her while she was here 😢 if I ever get the opportunity to meet Lou I'll still ask him to sign it to her regardless ❤

I met Lou at cape giradeau mo comicon several years back. He didn't make a good impression. He was almost rude unless you were handing him money. Maybe it had something to do with his hearing but he came across as self centered. Reb brown was there also. He was awesome. Just an all around great guy

The day before i did some homework to ask him questions of his bodybuilding competing......he basically blew me off felt like he just wanted his $20 bucks for his autograph. He then brushed me aside to take a photo of a kid who didnt even know who he was while walking with his parents. He was not cool in my book!

I read where people say he is rude. I work with a few who are deaf. People complain about them all the time. People saying hi or talking to them...and they don't respond or say anything....i got them deaf tags to put on their name badges. I dont get complaints anymore. So i feel that "lou is rude" is being misunderstood.

Dementia is so hard and painful to deal with. They see things and think things that are not even there. They have a good day and you talk with them and it feels like things are all better again. Then the next day they don't remember anything you have told them and start to think you are out to get them. I feel bad for Lou to have to go through something like this. I'm sure he is just trying to keep her safe but if he does what is right then everyone will misunderstand and blame him even more.
