    I am not normally a person who sweats. If it's not 30+ Celsius and humid like a sauna, I don't sweat. Even in aerobics class, I didn't really sweat, only a light sheen.
    This made me sweat!
    And even though it's well over 30 years since I did ballet, I remembered all the names and poses. Scary how the brain works!

    Love this. So often I think about height and not core. True it is all connected and so helpful to work that way! Can't believe I was sweating in 8 minutes!

    Just done this as a start (as taking things slowly as I push myself to much and burn out since my csection 8 years ago nearly and foot injury last year), this is the first time I've really felt it in my lower abs!! Amazing since I lost feeling in them after the csection!!

      Hi Mimi, it is great and has a great pace for cardio. It is not a commercial piece of music, it is a piece of licensed music through our music provider though.
