Whats the difference between block pulls and rack pulls? Can't you just add more blocks to make it the same as a below the knee or above the knee rack pull?

the main difference is you get more whip on a block pull, which can be significant at higher weights.

Dessert is right; they talk on it in another video with that question as the name, Block vs Rack Pulls

So basically just do some similar movements i.e. assistance/secondary movements. But how do you incorporate them? Don't think it was mentioned. What's the added value of calling it msm and incorporating it into an "ideology" when it's basic powerlifting stuff to add variations of your main lifts? What differentiates this from other powerlifting programs?

MSMs are based on weak points through the lift, let's say you are weak at the lockout on a bench press, then you would do 2 board press with 70% of the RM for 5x6, so in this particular video they are working the lockout on the deadlift, but you can play around based on where you struggle the most.
